Absolutely! The Dimensity 8200 ensures top-tier performance, and the rugged design makes it perfect for tackling tough adventures. It’s like having power and durability in one solid package-an adventurer's dream! 🌍💪
That's awesome to hear! 🔋 The Dimensity 8200 is a powerhouse, and paired with the King Kong X Pro's battery, it's a dream for heavy users. Sounds like it's a perfect match for you! 🚀
Was it as sad as this one ? I'm going for the Ulefone Armor 28. Much better features, tremendously better camera package, better memory, faster charging. Makes this one look outdated at best
Haha, no worries! The KingKong X is still a solid phone for rugged use! 😊 It might not have the latest features, but Cubot is known for making durable devices, so it should serve you well in rough conditions. Enjoy it, and thanks for the support!
I need to see a speed test of the 24GB RAM version (24+24) against the last normal phones and rugged phones, just to see if this Cubot it's really fast or its a fake RAM
Because it is outdated and fails in comparison to others. Sad camera package, no special features, kinda bland and totally average phone when compared feature by feature. Nothing to stand out at all. Sad really
Sad. This phone is great ... 2 years ago. But it is seriously lacking at the time of this post Android 14 is average, but Ulefone Armor 28 is Android 14 with plans for the Android 15 upgrade The screen is average, but Unihertz has one that is better Good refresh rate though as 120Hz is average and some still doing 60Hz You mentioned the Corning Gorilla Glass but didn't say if it was 5 or Victus(6) It only has a Dimension 8200 chip set where Ulefone 28 has the 9300+ with better Bluetooth and such And the Ulefone has the 16GB expandable with 16GB of VRAM And the Ulefone is nearly twice the memory at 516GB expandable with a 2TB card. Much better. The camera package on this phone really sucks. It only has a 100mp camera where the Ulefone 28 has the Sony 50mp 1" sensor giving much better more detailed shots The 5mp macro camera ...wow, pretty lousy. Ulefone has the 50mp ultra wide. And nothing else ? Ulefone 28 has a 50mp Night Vision and the Thermovue Thermal Imaging Sensor making this thing ... Just a phone with bad cameras The selfie cam ... 32mp ... Ulefone 28 has a 50mp And that battery ... Nothing massive about it, Unihertz Tank is over 16,000mAh and the Ulefone 28 is 10,600mAh And the fast charge ? Only 33w, Ulefone 28 is at 60w With reverse charging and power bank modes And most rugged smart phone manufacturers have phones with a rear screen ... Like the Ulefone 28 So what else does this brick have ? A projector like the Tank ?, IR blaster like Ulefone 28 ?, camp light ? Laser measurement ? Sat communications ? Vhf radio ? Loud speaker ? No gimmicks ? Nothing special to make it look special or stand out from the rest ? So, it is just an outdated brick.
Thanks for the thorough comparison! You’ve clearly highlighted why some of the newer rugged phones, like the Ulefone Armor 28, are standing out with upgraded specs. The Cubot KingKong X Pro does show its age, especially in terms of software, camera setup, battery life, and special features like thermal imaging and night vision-areas where Ulefone 28 and Unihertz Tank models really shine. The KingKong X Pro may still work well for basic rugged needs, but when looking at the powerhouse features in today’s market, it’s clear it’s no longer at the cutting edge. Your points capture exactly what’s important in the rugged phone market today!

what wireless networks does it work on in the U.S?
Doesn't matter it it has 2TB RAM, when it's low end ones.
Especially when they're probably no updates to the phone..
No
Nokia 3310 still the king of Durable Mobile phones
😂
It's just fantastic. I don't understand. Why is the price so low?
Because it is outdated and fails in comparison to others. Sad camera package, no special features, kinda bland and totally average phone when compared feature by feature. Nothing to stand out at all. Sad really
Because of Aliexpress' big 11.11 promotion, which runs until the 19th
