He's hot but Renly was always described as handsome, gorgeous, and very particular with his outfit. His basically a rich, medieval, happy go lucky guy.

What missing dragon? The Dragon shadow over King's Landing? That can be a flashback or from the future but I'm pretty sure it's one of Daenerys' dragons, if not then her one of her ancestor's dragons. Of course it can't be very old as I believe the great sept of Baelor could be seen in that scene, but it can't be too old.... No wait... The last dragons died around 150 years ago and those were very small. It must be a future "happening", if none of my claims were false.
