Love the countryside! Wow - the blueish giant lake between the hills. Georgia is so beautiful! Always nice to do a hike - especially in such a beautiful region. thanks for sharing!

This place looks more mesmerising when the temperature is quite low and the weather is cloudy and rainy. The beauty of this place becomes fortified.

A very beautiful country and a great place to travel!
However, a bumpy dirt road comes after a well paved road. So I highly recommend a 4WD one if you prefer to drive.
On the outside walls of the Holy Trinity church in Kazbegi an the church in Ananuri, there are dinosaurs (reptile shaped and bird shaped respectively) and "angels" which we are NOT familiar with, strange!
It is possible not too much hiking to get to gergety trinity?possible with car?
Any good guides or drivers in Tblisi?
Georgia looks stunning and a road trip from Tbilisi to Kazbegi seems to deliver a variety of amazing landscapes. history and nature. I've never really considered Georgia as a travel destination but after seeing this I'll put it on my travel list.
Yes, you must not skip Georgia as it has a lot to offer to satisfy you from beauty to adventure to historical sights.
