Hello my dear viewers, I know some of you are a little confused that i have different houses. I built a little house for myself ( this video) just a few feet away from another house. The larger house which is owned by my parents (both deceased) is where my siblings and nephews and nieces stay whenever they are in town. I take care of the house, i maintain it. But most of the time no one is staying there except me (so I claim it as my house too) I hope this answers the confusion. Thank you for watching 👍😀

Hello dear Cathy!! Thanks for sharing another lovely video!! We here in the Midwestern United States ( Illinois) have had recent severe storms which led to power outages in my area!! The heat& humidity combined left my apartment building and residents without power for nearly a week!! All is well now though!! I pray that you don’t have any issues with the weather in your area!! On rainy days, once I’ve taken care of my household to do lists, I love curling up with a cozy blanket and a good book!! I only go out every so often to run errands & prefer to stay at home- I’m not good with large crowds of people!! It’s very beautiful watching you tend to your yard& garden!! Hahaha! I'm almost 51 and i still keep a barbie doll and i put it on display. Yes you should get them out of your cardboard boxes, once in a while it's nice to be a child again 😄. Thank you for watching 😀👍

If you read the description, I have explained it there and also na mention ko rin sa mga ibang videos ko. But to answer the question.....parang compound kasi ito, yung Isang bahay, naiwan na bahay ng parents ko at ako ang nag me maintain at dito rin nag sstay mga kapatid or mga pamangkin ko whenever they are in town. Pero most of the time walang tao, ako lang. A few steps lang from that house is my little house (my own sanctuary). Thank you for noticing, it means pinapanood mo talaga videos ko, hehe. 😀👍

Hi, i am actually planning on making a video of this topic (retiring early) since many of you are asking the same questions but to quickly answer your questions...yes i do have some investments (stocks) but this is too small (i am still building my portfolio). I am living on a small budget out of my savings which as per my computation it can last me for 3-4 yrs more (depends on inflation rate) 😀. I am frugal, i don't spend unnecessarily. I don't have a pension yet, i'll receive my monthly pension when i'm 60 (hopefully). I hope i somehow answered your questions. Thank you for watching 😀👍
I think it's lesser and i don't put anything on my tea, just hot water, unlike when i do have my coffee...i like it to be sweet so it's not really healthy for me. Thanks for watching 😀👍
