For real, villain has to make some really gnarly calls if he wants to combat our 1 heart bluff shoves there, and for their tournament life, like Spraggy said, it makes it even tougher. Sick bluff.
hey Spraggy, quick question at the 19:53 mark you open A9o and say "can't imagine folding this". I would have folded this if it was me (and im not being results orientated seeing as you lost the pot) is me folding in this position a wrong fold? are you only opening because there are lots of short stacks or am I just completely wrong in wanting to fold this pre? thanks for the content!
It’s a wide open but since he has so many chips a lot of stacks are incentivized to fold to make pay jumps. You can even see a hand as strong as AK only flatted and didn’t 3 bet, meaning since he has an Ace himself he blocks a ton of 3 bets, and it’s profitable to raise that hand if he’s not gonna be 3 bet often enough, which he won’t
@@trumanashforth alright thanks for the reply. I did think that's what it could be about but still I thought it was wide. its good being wider when you've got the chips to bully I guess!
@@zachthurston1635 yeah you even heard him say the chip leader at one point was opening close to 80% of hands from the CO, I think CO range cant be more than 25% from normal stacks
I love how there are so many comments here from people dogging your play, yet they don’t say anything about how you FTed this massive tourney back-to-back 😂 keep on keeping on Spraggy you’re the best!
I thought just recentlu you have favored by $5 bounty but this one was running since from your past tourneys. 😂😂😂, the look of your face to your woman after singing honey give money got me, 😂😂😂😂. I am here for the entertainment.
You're a great player! Would like to know how you got started - did you grind up a bankroll playing cash games? Nice to see you still playing $11 tournaments...with freedom on the FT.
I like the QTs call but you‘re forgetting that it’s a 11$ tournament. Players do play a little bit different in the stakes what makes it a worse call I think
LOL spragg I was having a hard time following the action bc I'm doing like 4 other things, so after the third time restarting I decided to try it on 50% speed I've been smoking weed so maybe it's just that my brain is right there but LOL it's a whole other side of you and I'm literally dying Lmfaooo😂
Still don’t no why you call w high with 3 left I enjoy your videos but seeing this calls from a pro is madness also never seen you win calling q high and I watch all your videos
Lol good call . Calling any high card is not a good call the percentage if you call a high card 100 times you probably have a 2 percent win rate and no I didn’t read back what I said but it makes perfect sense I like his videos and I know his a good poker player I’m just saying that he was stupid and he done it rather in his last video or the 1 before and also lost
To try and put it simply, the reason spraggy called is because of ICM. Hands with showdown value such as ace high, some queen high, a 2 And a 4 would check back river. Hands such as a 6 or 7 might not go for that sizing (maybe some 7’s if they’re good players) because Spraggy still has a lot of Kings and a King would’ve bet differently I feel. Given all this, villain has: 35, 58, two pairs, King, and some 7 for value. But he has more chips than spraggy and he’s big stack bully so he also has a lot of bluffs in his range.
@@craigthedonduford3137 this is how extremely bad players think about poker. no offence, just trying to help you. you're thinking about it as if the opponent can have hands like a king, a six, a deuce - random stuff that beats us. that just isn't how it works. hands get filtered on every street. yes, you can say "well what if he just checked AA or AK on the turn because he felt like it?" which could even be a thing, but it's likely that we've filtered out those sort of hands, in the same way that opening 72o is generally not a thing. you're thinking about the game as if players just have random cards. the hands that take this line and bet this size on the river are hard to think of, and spraggy names them, he mentions hands like JJ (effectively the same as 88-TT as well). he knew which hands to worry about and which bluffs to expect.
15:35 was really interesting to see how you judged that hand and bluffed the flush.
Top quality stuff, villian RARELY has 2 hearts in hand when they check the flop, then A of hearts on the river ensures thats the case
For real, villain has to make some really gnarly calls if he wants to combat our 1 heart bluff shoves there, and for their tournament life, like Spraggy said, it makes it even tougher. Sick bluff.

This is the first time I’ve ever seen a cat wake up startled. Thanks spraggy

It must be god like to have all the animations unlocked. My my you have them all Spraggy. Poor Tonka
Q high call is valid. His line was weird, but 99 does make sense.
His river bet looked super bluffy.
Its so nice seeing Spragg on an upswing. He is such a gracious god ❤😂

What website do u use for this and which country
Anyone else notice the girlfriend giving us the middle finger at 3:14? haha!!
Might be a dumb question but what stops someone from loading up your stream and knowing your cards
The stream is broadcast on a 5 minute delay.
My one and only Spraggy 😍😍😍
spraggy, what is the background music? loving it!
one question how u can change between BB and normal numbers ?
Click on the stack size
You first need to enable “Show in BB” in settings

I like it too
idk if that's necessarily true, MDA has shown us that fish like to bluff more in bet-check-bet than good players.
Great run!!
I wish they safe some big bounty for FT, would make huge impact
That KQ hand was beautiful
$3k for 1st in a 5000+ field tournament feels so sad.obviously theres an objective and observable reason it just feels wrong
Well the buy in is so low. If it were a standard $400 buy in like the wsop circuit it would be about 100k
@@lukehoover2961 ya like i said. obviously theres an objective and observable reason for it. it just _feels_ wrong

just love you man your such a diamond Geeza

Spraggy needs to learn how to play JJ after running it into QQ and KK
He played it as I was told to, and I believe that's the correct way; With pocket jacks you go all in and you lose.
There’s no right way to play jiggities
@@PortoPaulQQ is the same lmao
definetely needs lessons from Fintan "easy with aces", the best jacks player that the world has ever seen.

Ok and so don’t you, me, negranu, Hellemuth, Holtz, Brunson, it’s poker, a game of chance and skill.
