I was expecting some interesting developments when I started watching this show, especially after playing the games as much as I have, but I was still genuinely taken aback when we saw Moldaver in the past. The number of questions this show makes you wonder really is fun!
You guys do pretty good with the lore. Super Mutants and Centaurs were created by the Forced Evolutionary Virus (FEV), developed originally by West Tek while they were searching for a cure for the New Plague. FEV research was then transferred to the Mariposa Military Base, which is a location in the Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 games. East coast Super Mutants came from a slightly different strain of FEV. West Tek also created several different variants of power armor and did a lot of research on miniaturizing laser weapons, which paved the way for other companies like Wattz Electronics to make the laser rifles and laser pistols featured in the games. You probably caught that Bud Askins mentioned working at West Tek before joining Vault Tec. FEV experiments were also done in Appalachia, creating many of the East Coast mutated creatures. Genetic experiments were conducted by Chromax and Arktos (two comapanies from Fallout 76), and of course Vault 4 and some other locations. It's not clear if all of these were using FEV to create their mutations or if they were using other methods.
per Fallout 4 Power Armor's power lasted forever (at least from the prospective of the player) it was end game armor. in 4 they give you one right away so they needed to make a way you would not ware it all the time.
They may have had a vault space for him and his family but he and his daughter were in direct line of site of a nuke going off. Either someone didn't tell his wife war was going to happen or his wife wrote him and his daughter off after they were irradiated.
Bakersfield as he talked about going was actually home to vault 12. Vault 12 had an experiment where the door was faulty allowing radiation to leak into the vault. The end result was the inhabitants all became ghouls.
wow. first time Sean's Hollywood know-how failed. Shame! Kidding. Definitely not Katee Sackhoff (no resemblance at all). FYI, her name is Cherien Dabis.
Well they distilled it America to make money for the big guys and nothing much else. The original might sound like communism to an American: Fiduciary duties refer to the ethical and legal obligations of a fiduciary to act in the best interests of another person or entity, known as the principal or beneficiary. This relationship is characterized by a high standard of care and trust. The key fiduciary duties include: Duty of Care: Taking the necessary care and diligence when acting on behalf of the beneficiary. Duty of Loyalty: Acting without any conflict of interest and prioritizing the beneficiary's interests over their own. Duty of Good Faith: Dealing honestly and fairly in all fiduciary matters. Duty of Confidentiality: Keeping sensitive information private unless disclosure is required by law or consented to by the beneficiary.
you guys are smart.. but talk and speculate WAY too much, even during the show (which might make you loose and not understand some scenes)! chill! enjoy the ride! answers will come..
That is absolutely not Starbuck

That is NOT Katee Sackhoff 😂
I would love to see Katee Sackhoff in episode 2 though.
I love how this episode in particular * really * foreshadows just how evil Coop's wife is
@ 5:07 he was saying that he wore that armour in the past and it had many flaws
you're welcome
19:51 Goosey finding the flag and hearing the theme song made me shout

Yeah. SO not her. How could they see that?😂
Gaslighted me to google it because I was like "whaaat? I didn't know it was her"
I did a double take when he said that. Like, huh? She looks nothing like her. 😂
My bad, it’s been a long time.
@@catch-uppackets2664no worries. It was funny.
Bud doesn’t work for West-Tek when he’s introduced, he says he worked there for 10 years.
He sowed Lucy's finger on his hand.
That was Cherien Dabis, not Katee Sackhoff. Didn't look like Katee to me so I had to look it up.

11:39, You know that saying, "It was at this moment that she knew she F@#$ed up," said too much, and now has to divert the conversation.
So, if you found the birthing scene disturbing, imagine being a woman watching it; I lost sleep over that scene. :::shudder:::

@@janetd5121 I was wondering. I never played the game.

More evidence for my theory that 90% of reactors have faceblindness
I’m usually pretty damn good at that. I think I get one miss
Fiduciary responsibility does not work that way.
that's exactly how it works

@LMarti13 There's a law that tells people to break the law? No.
@@iandor1381 Big Corporations do it all the time and get away with it.
@@corneliusantonius3108 & the law tells them that they have to, or do they do it for some other reason?
