3456 mL is greater
Just convert 3456 mL to L and that’s 3456/1000= 3.456 L hence that’s greater than 3L

The question converting 3450g to kg. Please is it correct to write 3.450kg or should the 0 be removed as you did.

I did not remove.. to convert g to kg, you divide the figure by 1000 (constant) as seen in video. So calculate on your own to see the figures that comes up
