TG Abhishek i do have some problm in my Hunk. RPM gets increases in 1 hour if ride fuel economy is not gud engine oil level gets decreases rapidly Takes lots of effort to start the engine when bike is not in use for about 6-7 hours
@@kumarmehul421 in future I'll discuss this point in my youtube channel, but here I say in short that bro I'm not a technician but as per my experience your bike has carburettor problem as well as head piston.

Questions please : you don't show splitting the crank to replace the big end ? Also I notice the main bearings slip into the casing or crankshaft and look a little loose ..they should be a tight fit and not fall in? Finally the clutch baskets wear on these engines and rattle at low RPM .. Do you replace or re rivet ? Great vid ... Thanks a lot ..

एक बात बताना चाहूंगा किसी भी जगह के मैकेनिक इंजन तो बना देते है पर जब कुछ सैकड़ों किलोमीटर चलने के बाद जब टपेट में से आवाज़ आती तो बोलते है आवाज़ से कोई दिक्कत नहीं है जबकि माइलेज मे बहुत दिक्कत आती है मै कहना चाहूंगा ये काम चलाऊ मैकेनिक के पास कभी भी आपलोग इंजन नहीं खुलवाए इंजन बनने के बाद कुछ सैकड़ों किलोमीटर बाद tappet ज़रूर सेट करवाए

I also rebuild my Herohonda hunk 2007 model bike, and also restored it's engine.
TG Abhishek i do have some problm in my Hunk.
RPM gets increases in 1 hour if ride
fuel economy is not gud
engine oil level gets decreases rapidly
Takes lots of effort to start the engine when bike is not in use for about 6-7 hours

Nice job, but those main bearings should surely be more of an interference fit? In fact all the bearings just fell on!
