Thank you. Many more to come. Will be going through the top 100 then any lesser known titles. Then working my way through dreamcast, sega saturn , NDS etc
Sorry i might have missed it, is this just stock? Or after you updated the software. Im getting mine in tomorrow and im pretty excited about it. Its my first leap into retro handhelds
Highly recommend you get a decent branded sd card and install arkos on it if you can. Going to make al my videos with a stock r36s so you can see what you to expect straight out the box
Here are the videos that are missing, hopefully with a damn compatibility list, especially for Dreamcast, Nintendo 64, PSP, and Saturn. That way, we can avoid constantly inserting and removing ROMs and ISOs, testing, and getting disappointed. Because, friends, the console is what it is. For the price it has, it’s already something that it can emulate PS1 and beyond. PS1 is its top; it’s the maximum this console can give us. Merry Christmas, friends. Kisses to everyone.
Actually, that's a great idea for the compatibility list. I was aiming at getting a psp video out before Christmas, but real life has gotten in the way. These videos take numerous hours to film, edit, etc. I've tested a small sample of saturn games, and they didn't play too great but full video to come. Thank you everyone that has watched and subbed on the channel. Hope you all have a great Christmas and I will try my best to get weekly videos out.
I got my hands on both the R36S and a powkiddy x55. Surprisingly smash brothers ran better on the R36S, even with the extra 1gb of ram more on the x55. Tried a few N64 emulators on the x55 and the R36S still came up trump. Im putting it down to JELos on the x55, so will look to swap out the OS to something else. But honesty the x55 runs everything else fine including PSP.
I find the n64 is very hit and miss, some games work fine and others not at all. For example even more powerful consoles struggle with mario tennis. Some games like Mario kart and Mario 64 work completely fine.
powkiddy rgb30 is good for the money I did some reviews on that. If you check out my other video I did a side/side compression. The more expensive devices should be able to handle them but I wouldn't class them as budget. Some games really struggle where others are fine. Will continue down the top 100 and see how they run.
from cheapest to most expensive: Anbernic RG406H Retroid Pocket 5 Odin 2 Steamdeck ASUS ROG Ally X and a lot more Depends what you're willing to spend in the end.
Is this where you go to power it on and the screen just stays blank. Think I've seen this when people try to charge them using a too powerful charger. Such as one you'd use for a laptop or a steam deck for example.
Creo que para n64 se necesitan emuladores mas optimizados, yo tengo un cat s22 flip que emula bien N64 y eso que tiene 1,3 ghz, juego bien mario tennis y wwf
This handheld is best played with only ps1 and earlier.....No psp, no dreqmcast, no Saturn, no Dreamcast.....I mean you can play some of the catalog from these systems....but stick to PS1 and earlier and have your expectations in check...it's a great handheld
Ps1 is flawless but as you saw some games run absolutely fine such as mario 64 and can confirm mario kart works fine. I havnt tried sega saturn yet but going to be running through the top 100 list . Also NDS runs great will be covering that as well
Crazy banjo struggling more than perfect dark. Definitely have to do per game configuration for n64. Great video!
N64 seems to be very hit and miss depending on each game , even swapping emulators sometimes dosnt really improve them. Onto the top 20 we go
Kirby got his name from the lawyer that helped them win a case in the 80’s
Great video!
Thank you. Many more to come. Will be going through the top 100 then any lesser known titles. Then working my way through dreamcast, sega saturn , NDS etc
Honestly it was good that custom software helped with these games. Out of the box could see why stuff runs this way
Oh yes fully agree. I just want to show people what there like out the box if there not tech savy. Or buying these as gifts.
Sorry i might have missed it, is this just stock? Or after you updated the software. Im getting mine in tomorrow and im pretty excited about it. Its my first leap into retro handhelds
I'm silly. I rewound and answered my own question. That's kinda crazy for it being stock
Highly recommend you get a decent branded sd card and install arkos on it if you can. Going to make al my videos with a stock r36s so you can see what you to expect straight out the box
@@Geeks4Life-kw3lw I appreciate that man. You earned my sub for sure

Hell yeah!
When star wars loaded i was like wtf

What resolution are you playing these games ?
Are you able to save your game play on this console ?
Yeah you can save at any points, as its emulating the games.
Is there a better handheld that can play these games and also all the others that come with this device?

and a lot more
Depends what you're willing to spend in the end.
Can it play saga master system or game gear?
If yes does it need extra. Emulator ?
Or just ROMs for it
Can confirm both of them work. You might have to get a emulator and pop it in the bios folder , but a quick search on Google and you'll find the file.
@@Geeks4Life-kw3lw thanks
I love the alexkidd games
And Wonderboy I just. Got it for 16.69euros about. 18 USD
@hhh-xb8sl well worth it at that price.
Ok quick question has anyone ran into the black screen issu3
Is this where you go to power it on and the screen just stays blank. Think I've seen this when people try to charge them using a too powerful charger. Such as one you'd use for a laptop or a steam deck for example.
Its so what i want but plz it needs to be fixed with all the glitches and lags. It has a great screen and that what i want. 6/10
Would be nice if you can Show your emulator settings to the different games
Good shout, I will put them in the description for the next one and update this one.
No 007 goldeneye?
Go check out my other video of the top 20 its in there. Apparently it didn't make the cut for the top 10. 😱
