As a 54 year old man, single, I can say for sure that older women don't get better they get worse. For older women it looks more like isolation(cats in the house and tall weeds in the yard) - no trust for men, no love to give. Hopeless...

The situation will not improve until women are humbled, and that day is definitely coming.
The role of men now is simply to leave them to it, and be ruthless when the time comes to rebuild. Other than that make yourself stronger.

That's something I think about too. As a society we can't continue like we are. There will be a collapse and rebuilding. And women are not going to like it. It gives me a little pleasure to know that all this nonsense and the self righteous jerks that are in charge of it, will all disappear as if overnight.

The caller has the stereotypical male attitude of "How do I fix this?", and as a younger man, I was similar. Now I'm older and, like Rich, I just don't care about "fixing" other people (most of whom don't even realize they have a problem). In fact, looking back on myself as a younger man with a "fix it" attitude, my opinion now is that I was the one with the problem.

That's probably not true. Just look up psychological experiments about the individual vs the group. People can easily be pressured into agreeing with the group when they think they are alone, and having even one other person voice opposition dramatically increases the likelihood of additional dissent. It is much more complicated than how you were raised.

Most of what we learn as children is from observation rather than what we are told. So, I prefer to start a serious relationship with a woman who understands that romantic love does not last forever and we don't end the relationship when the romance is gone. Yea, I actually figured this out at like 14. I was trying to make SENSE out of all the male and female dynamic (this kind of content isn't new, it was all over talk shows in the 90's and 2000's.) I remember asking my granddad questions. I was trying to figure out why men and women behave the way they do(a psychological understanding). I think he thought i was worried about getting a husband (i wasn't.) He told me No tattoos, crazy hair, don't use men for money, don't sleep around, and one other thing (i can't repeat.). He said if i did these things i wouldn't have a problem getting a decent "white man" to marry me. (i grew up and live in Alabama.) it wouldn't really matter how old i was. (in my head) I was like okay, thanks not what i was asking. I'll remember that info. So, some women actually do figure it out and get it when there young. They are the ones that get married young and are still married.

I had a friend, a 40 year old mother of 3, who was making bad choices about stepping out on her beta husband with Chad. I gave her my unplugged opinion. (1) her family and husband should come first, (2) Chad is going to treat her badly (3) she needs to work on her own happiness rather than seeking it from men. She hated me for it, and 2 months later still hates me. She is still carrying on in a delusional state, determined to believe that she can monkey branch to Chad, so she can dump her beta husband. Last time I saw her in public, she and a girl friend were dressed up, flirting with 30 year old men to validate themselves.

@@Ka_Gg actually "friend" is the wrong word ... we had an emotional affair ... sharing intimate details about our marriages, and getting way too close. She told me all about how her beta male, unemployed, nice guy, house husband was not good enough for her, and hinting that I might be a better option for her. I am quite wealthy. But I made it clear I was unavailable - I am too old, and I did not want to hurt my family (wife and 2 adult kids). My wife got an inkling of what was going on, and fought for me - she turned into a demon in bed, phew! - so that sealed it. The EA had to end. My "friend" put me in her friend-zone, which was fine as long as she paid for the drinks. She liked to keep me around because I gave her attention and validation, and despite being a bit insecure, she really is a high value woman, and a lot of fun to be around. However apparently another part of the deal was keeping any negative opinions to myself, which I could not do. Being de-friended hurt for a while, but is for the best.

Could you imagine the immense pressure a young foreign bride's family could put on her to leave you for cash and prizes that could support that extended family? Divorce rates would go up, because Western divorce and family law creates a moral hazard with how assets and future income are distributed.

What do you understand by "settling"? By that I understand stop chasing men randomly and be very intentional about things. They should totally do that.

I kinda get what the caller is saying. But I honestly believe the pendulum has swung in one direction and may be about to swing back a bit.

I am going to bite down and say that it's actually worse than Rich frames it in this video. He mentioned that only older women get it. I agree with that basic idea, but what he described was 28 and 30 something year olds who "get it". That is to much aligned with the "epiphany" stage that RP commentators have observed. At that point they may not be pushing back against the RP ideas so hard, but their modivation has changed based on their own biological clock. I don't think they really have a chance grasp hold on the concepts (if ever at all) until they see their own male children grow up and enter the struggle.

To be fair its very hard arguing with someone that already made an opinion about something. But in general women are more narrow on their thinking and are not to prone to think abstract.
If you say there are more men on dating scene in western countries and that is one off the reasons that women feel entlited.
They argue but in western countries have more women than men.
You reply yes that is true, but in dating ages between 14 and maybe 50/60 there are more men, in ages between 18 and 39 there are more men.
They reply, are you saying people above 50 wont date?! They deserve to date.
... its impossible, they allways pick on something and dont want to see the big picture.

Why would you want to control another person? Those who want to control another have no inner control, they are weak betas mentally. Muslims considering non-muslims "infidels" is also quite funny too
