Sunmi was correct in saying that this group definitely has potential, they just require the experience! Some of them were stable vocally and danced pretty decently, but the expressions did not match the vibe of the song as the masters have stated. I am sure that if they had selected a different song or once they do the Group song challenge, they could definitely perform better than they did here.

Yeah, I do agree with the criticism. They can improve, but their facial expressions weren’t the best and could work with more practice. More than that, they’re young with minimal training, so all of them could easily get better

Like what Sunmi said, the problem is they're smiling but their eyes arent seems happy at all. Unfortunately, it's something crucial to be an idol. If we speak about talent, of course all 99 girls are talented. But idols arent just good at singing and dancing and rapping, they have to deliver it well and make people be their fans.
I hope they listen to what Sunmi said and correct their mistake, so that they can show their true potential

Yes!!! Mnet only showed the flaws of the performance but the dance was great and the high note at the end was pretty good!! Since they are young and don't have that much experience as trainees (a years or only a few months), i hope they will listen to Sunmi because they have so much potential
yeah, theyre only 18 tho and have training periods of just 1 year and 4 months so they were pretty scared i imagine but i hope they can do better next time :]

Lee Hyewon did soooo good! Not saying the other girls didn't do well; but in my opinion Lee Hyewon stood out the most. Her voice is so stable and sounds nice. Not only does she have the talent, but she has the face of one.

Bruh. She stands out in this performance, in my opinion. She has a nice and distinctive vocal color. She could be a lead vocal/sub vocal.
Okay so Bahiyyih actually did okay. Her voice is nice and stable enough considering that she’s an individual trainee. They did okay, it’s not good but not as bad. They just lack energy. But Bahiyyih’s center is nice and she has the presence. Moreover, she looks pretty confident which is good but probably also nervous as well. I like her the best from this performance. To be honest, didn’t expect a lot from her since she is not under a company but she did better than I expected. Hopefully, she will improve. Waiting for her Fiesta performance!

For anyone who's hating on these girls, they will develop their skills and find their own individual way to stand out. Remember these shows can really change a trainee and end up with an experienced skilled idol. These girls and all the other trainees in this show will be taught how to improve by their trainers so it's not fair to judge them when they are just unpolished gems.

Exactly! In the producers series there were a lot of people that did poorly or just ok at the start but ended up debuting in the group or being successful after the show.
trainees dont improve in a couple of weeks. this shows just give them better edits and edite their vocals to make them seem like they did improve if they want them to debut

Bahhiyih did fine, but her expressions and foundations need a bit more practice. Based solely on this performance, I wouldn’t put her as one of my top9 picks just because other trainees did better, but I’m looking forward to more stages from her and seeing her improvement. I think people need to stop focusing so much on her being someone’s sister and evaluate on abilities and personality more. I don’t think it’s fair that the other trainees aren’t getting any spotlight, even though their performances were very similar. Just my opinion :)
Well if we focused on talent and personality Bahiyyih should be in top9. Maybe in this performance her expressions aren't perfect because she was nervous but she has good expressions (you can watch her fancam of O.O.O). Her voice is really stable (one of the most stables in the show) and really beautiful, she could be the lead vocal of the group. And her dance is just WOW especially for an individual trainee (she could easily be the main dancer). Of course she can improve but everyone in this show can improve but in general Bahiyyih can be on top9 and make her debut. I am not saying that she is the best but if she was in top9 would be fair

@@mariaosorio4257 bahiyyih is indeed talented however there are way more than 9 trainees who are much better than her. not to discredit bahiyyih ofc! she is only 16 and has only been training for a short while. however, if we were to base off of skills alone regardless of condition, bahiyyih would probably not be in top9 as of right now 😦.

Personally for me Hyewon and Bahiyyih did good,they have stable vocals especially Bahiyyih. Others still have to work a little bit more. On the whole the performance was good,just I think this song is not for them. And being nervous can mess the things. But this show is also to learn how to become a good idol and work on your self so to become better and better. So I hope all the girls do this and don't give up,fighting!

honestly I wouldn't judge on stable vocals until she sings more lines while dancing. Sadly she didn't have the main vocal position in the song or any of the high notes, and more than half of her singing was as a group. Not hating, but sadly the parts were not distributed in her favour to actually be able to judge her singing capabilities. Can't wait until she gets a bigger part to actually hear more

Since this is Bahhiyih's first performance in a survival program, there is no doubt that she is a little bit nervous as she is competing with some really experienced trainees. However, I could see that she's trying really really hard to execute her dance moves and I love her vocals so much! It's so sweet and dreamy T-T I hope she gets to shine in the next episode during her Fiesta group performance!

Bahiyyih has a great singing voice. She also execute moves nicely and has great extension when dancing. She had the stage presence that makes you look at her even when it's not her turn, maybe because of her confidence it speaks and slaps. Based on this performance, I can really say that she has a lot of potential. I only have Hikaru as my pick but now, Bahiyyih got my respect. Let's look at her as she grows and improves through this program. ❤️

honestly as someone who loves hiyyih and is genuinely voting for her. am i the only one who didn’t necessarily have high expectations? like the girl is 16 and has an extremely short training time. i don’t know why ppl have such high expectations, negative or positive. like let the girl breathe man

Now I'm just scared if Hyewon will not survive this week elimination.. She's my top pick but after seeing all rumors, prediction and spoiler I started to losing hope
For me who is also rooting for Hyewon, I think she is definitely not gonna make it to top8 of K-group. Even in the first elimination her rank is about 17-18 and even Jia/Bora/Jiwon/Suyeon/Yeyoung who also performed well since the first day and got more spot than Hyewon, are also still in risk of being eliminated this time. So sad for these talented girls. They had very good sing/dance/rap skills and already had so good in facial expression and performance, but they're still not popular enough.😭
You can tell the girls were quite nervous when performing. Though they have not had any proper training, that does not mean that they can't improve along the way. Once the girls get a good grasp of the proper vocal techniques, fix their facial expressions, and learn how to sync up their dancing, they will definitely do amazing!!!!!

Bahhiyih’s voice was very pretty and stable though she didn’t have too many solo parts so it was hard to pick up. I think her dance could be a little less rigid but she’s got the moves right and that’s more important. The biggest thing she needs to sort out is her facial expressions, I’d noticed this before in the signal song but even when she was smiling it looked quite awkward and nervous- this was true for this entire group, as Sunmi noted, they’re smiling but their eyes aren’t. However her potential is clear even here and from what I’ve seen of her personality I really like her as a person so until I get to know other participants more she’s definitely one of my votes.
Hyewon is the best in this group. She saved the group👏 What a waste…she was K08. Why couldn’t form a group with high ranker…

This is just her first performance there’s no need to immediately petition for her to try a different song concept. On her next few stages she most likely would try different ones

Bahiyyih did okay considering that she is an individual trainee and dont have a company like most of the other trainees. Her voice is sweet and stable, and she dances great. The performance as a whole was okay, not that great but not bad. Them as a group just lack energy and little confidence. But Bahiyyih can be noticed out cause she gives out her presence in the center. Like the judges said they just lack a little of practice and confidence. But as they all are very young, we can’t blame them for being nervous. I am looking forward to Bahiyyih's performance for fiesta!!
