Hi Jasmine, 10 years ago we used to have the problem that we need to provide registration from each state we worked as RN in India. However, they may ask explanation why you have not obtained registration for each state. If your employer accept one state registration as RN in India and provide you with experience hours as RN, your explanation latter may be enough. You need to have one active registration and registration where your nursing schooling completed. Through out the process the equivalency is been verified against your school transcript and nursing curriculum and experience. Continuing in-service education Education may not be verified. Your experience and nursing transcript are accepted. If you have done Post-Bsc or MSN or Phd in nursing you can provide that as well. We can not confirm if National Unique Identity Number (NUID) is considered here, It may be beneficial to provide when they ask for each state registration explanation. If you work in Middle east, other than the country your nursing school education, you must provide registration verification as to verify requirements have been met in the country you are working as Registered Nurse. These for your information only and you must check with regulatory body to confirm this information prior to any commitment. We provide information from applicants experience and information made available in the NNAS and each provincial regulatory website. Please read them carefully. I hope this helps! All the Best!

I had tamil nadu and kerala registration. but I worked 2 yrs in raipur chathisguad..hospital just wanted any registration. Then I worked in Max hospital gurgaon. The hospital aked me to do delhi registration..But after 1 year when I made my dataflow for UAE MOH. They varified all my certificate ..but told me that gurgaon belongs to haryana. So your good standing certificate should be from haryana or you have to present No objection letter from haryana nursing council. Haryana nursing council will not provide any certificate for someone dont have any registration. I gave explanation letter from hospital which they did not accepted. All the famous hospital in gurgaon need Delhi registration. All staff have delhi registration. My dataflow stuck there. Now I have a reasonable score for Express entry. but iam affraid if they dont accept any of my nursing experience. In between I worked in UAE as secretary in hospital..I know that experience is irrilavent for nursing but all my concern is about my experience in india as RN. I had 3 registration but UAE told your experience is illegal. My faith.
@@jasminejoy1159 Sorry to hear that! Canadian Immigration requirement and Registered Nurses Licence requirement is completely different. You do not have to have Canadian RN to apply for express entry. I am not expert in Immigration, I do not think immigration verify your each state registration. If you have proof to show your experience from hospitals that you worked may be sufficient in immigration. It may be different in UAE MOH. I believe, in Canada, there are many nurses who studied in one state and worked in many different states in India with one initial registration and many sates in India support it. I understand that one state can not provide you NOC if they have no registration in that state.

It may be a good idea if you choose Ontario or wait until 2 years to complete. However, you must provide proof that you worked in a country English is the Primary language. For more clarity please visit appropriate Canadian province registration website and read through language requirements or you may contact them via email.

For an example, You did not work 2014, 2015, 2016 but you started working 2017,2018 or you worked 2014 and did not work 2015,2016,2017 and you returned to work in 2018,2019. It does not affect the registration requirement. On the other hand, if you worked for 2014,2015 and did not work 2016,2017,2018 that is a gap of three years, in which most provinces may consider not eligible for registration as you do not meet safe practice period that is 3 years. Province will recommend you to do bridging program if they identify gaps in your knowledge, practice and skills. This is will be communicated with you once they received NNAS advisory report and assessment process by province. If you have gap more than 3 years you may be asked to do Re-Entry program not Bridging course. I hope this clarify your questions.

Correction : haryana nursing council will not provide any certificate who doesn't have their registration.
