Doesn't get any better than this. A gorgeous contribution, with the right sonic tapestry, thanks Foxbat

Well if you saw the brutal sun glare with the forward view, you might understand. The rearward view is just full of surprises…🤪

Agree with Peter. I found the rearward camera hard to watch.
Love you videos though. Been watching for years.

St Helen’s air strip seems overly long to me. Is there a reason for that?
I very much appreciate roads with names instead of numbers.
I’d like to fish the Break O’Day River, just to say I did.
I was ignorant of the extent of wilderness in Tasmania. It’s quite an extraordinary island.

The St Helens strip is 1070m. Needs to be that long for the Flying Doctor aircraft...
A lot of people don't understand the extent of wilderness in Tasmania. The Greens do a great job of convincing most that there's very little wilderness left. I believe the figure is 44% preserved. I hope my videos show a balanced view.

Speed 90 knots? If you have an engine failing over forest might be a good idea to have a paraglider to jump out onto,

Yep, it's Tasmania mate, it's the risk we take. But hey, there's a higher chance of being killed driving to the airport...

@@levtrader4015 Hi, it's an Aerprakt A22LS Foxbat (manufactured in Ukraine). The range (as configured with large fuel tanks) with 1hr fuel reserve remaining is ~800km.
