FYI per ASME 14.1 the arrows at the mid points are for centering the drawing for creating microfilm or microfishe. The name/logo per ASME 14.1 goes where you show the company address. Per ASME Y14.1 the third angle projection is supposed to be inside of a specific size box with text just below the box starting "Third angle projection". The UOM goes inside of the tolerance block above the third angle projection block per ASME Y14.1. Full Company address is only required when there is no DAI aka cage code listed. All text in drawings including title blocks should be in all caps. The exception to this if for when you show UOM. Letter zones start in the lower right corner with A on the horizontal axis and 1 on the vertical axis and increment up to the left and upward. This is per ASME Y14.1.
