Hey ApologyMan! I haven't watched the whole vod yet (it was only just uploaded of course), but I have a question. With how young the game is, do tournament placements serve as a good metric for character strength? Or are they just a "better" metric than a hot take but still not solid info? I ask because many people put Faust and Anji as bottom 2, and I've seen you and HGG win tournaments with Faust, and I've seen other Fausts place in top 8s, but I can think of only about 3 occasions where an Anji placed top 8 (and only 1 win from LostSoul). Of course this could also just mean the game is pretty balanced, and even "bottom 2" characters can compete. Looking forward to your thoughts.

arcsys pays attention mainly to the japanese competitive scene when buffing/nerfing characters so in the remote case he gets nerfed I'd blame Nage instead lol
Can 4 leaf clover get a damage buff? Can mix be improved to where it hits and connects when it should? Can mini Faust get buffed as well? This ninja str8up be walking off the stage. Why does he attack sometimes and not others? Nice games AM. Thanks for the tech.
Super definitely needs to do more damage, and break the wall. Mini Laust definitely doesn't need buffs tho. j2K really should be buffed, make it plus like it was in Xrd

He's not bottom tier IMO, he's not unplayable as MVC Roll SF3 Twelve, he still needs some buffs tho, bu clearly you can go far in Guilty Gear even with low tier characters
Strive is definitely a pretty balanced game overall, the gap between top tiers and bottom tiers is much more reliant on character knowledge and individual skill, with some obvious move differences being the big separator in tiers. Tier list in this game is a lot less of a signal of viability, and more about how much work you really need to make this character work in tourneys.
While i enjoy your faust and think it's awesome I don't care if he's low tier or not.it's completely irrelevant cause you chose to play a low tier character and low tier in this game is like mid tier in any other.
