Larger engine actually can and does give you better fuel economy. Larger engine, lower load, more rotating mass, when hypermiling 2 to 3 liters is a good size. Small engines are less economical as they are often run at higher loads and temps and have more rolling resistance due to the lack of rotating mass. The only real caveat to this is variable valves and variable compression but even then, if you want to save fuel, get a simple and light car (so pre 2016 ish, 80s and 90s cars are some of the best) with a larger engine running a lower load and just barely ever tickle the pedal.
From my standpoint, boxy cars, especially those from 80s and 90s, have a soul unlike modern cars. Each of them have their specific and interesting story to tell and that inexpressible atmosphere and vibe. I own a 2000 Škoda Felicia Combi Mystery Edition and that particular car has a beautiful story to tell, that's why I decided to save it from a crusher and renovate it to its former look and glory. Your video reminded of me of my decision, it just heartwarming to see classic cars in pristine condition, there's not a single word that could describe what makes these cars so special. Nowadays you only get a overpriced vehicle packed with wires and crappy assistants that won't even let you drive your own bloody car! Alright, perhaps you get my point, Jack. IIn South Africa, the BMW 325is is one of the most iconic and most popular car in my area. People customize the car for drifting and spinning out and also the car had a powerful engine(V8 engine) which made spinning out easier. In car shows, there is a parking lot for the cars to drift or spinning out etc until the tires are messed up.
Omg I just saw this, exactly what I thought of when I saw this mod! You can always find 325s with skinny tires getting beaten out on the spinner lot, like at Killarney

I like the fact they are 4 doors. I remember seeing them ALL OVER the uk a few years ago. There’s still a few roaming about too. Also that custom 6cyl engine sound is from Forza horizon 4. It’s off the E36 M3.

Hey! just to inform you every base model car with a open differential (some brands have certain configs with a limited slip differential) the base ones wont slide since the wheels dont spin at the same speed. a open differential lets the wheels spin at different speeds. are locked and limited slip dont. so if you want try using that good ol handbrake

The paid part is more of a bonus. Not having it doesn't really limit the free mod at all not having the extra content.
All of the factory parts are in the free mod; the paid addon is just aftermarket engine swaps.
