How do you make the vent noise sound effect?

Get a touch trigger and set it to only NPC's can trigger them, and connect that to a powered sound block and set the volume to 2, set the max distance to 1000, and make sure it isn't looped, then put a vent sound ID. I used this one, which you can copy & paste (4652631051)
