Doesn’t matter if your assignment is gonna go late, if you’re gonna get yelled at it doesn’t fucking matter. What matters first is your mental health. So when you feel like that, stop whatever you’re doing and go for a walk. Honestly, do that. Appreciate every bit of nature, even if you live in a concrete jungle, appreciate the trees that are as artificial as the people living in those fancy pansy buildings, appreciate them. Go inside an abandoned terrain, who tf cares, it’s abandoned. Appreciate the loneliness and quiet of it. Clear your mind. Rest. Breathe. And remember, there’s always more to life than it seems.
