Trey and Rob are phenomenal. I have been on a Billy Strings kick for about 4 years and i just recently found Trey, he has the same natural born talent as Billy. They can both play a guitar like they were born to do it and they both sing amazing. It would be cool to see them play together sometime if it hasn't already happened.
I just used this video just to check the sound on my computer (because I love these guys!) and I totally got sucked in and distracted from what I was really doing. LOL. Simply amazing. Rob is an incredible instrumentalist (I've known this since 1995), and Trey is one of the most natural, emotive singers I've ever heard as well as a monster guitarist.
I've always loved the original dead album version, but hated they played it so slow live. This version really does it justice, espeically with the trippy solo jam parts. Gonna learn some of these licks!

Been listening to Trey for almost 10 years, so glad he's still playing with Rob 🤙🤙🤙
Saw Rob & Terry last night in Eureka, California, they are GREAT!

If you’d a told me this was 10 guitarists I’d be like yeah for sure. Unreal guys ❤️
Wonderful. Thank you. I kept wanting the vocals to slow down so could sing along
You two are amazing

Threw out the kitchen sink there boyz!!🎸🎸
Trey and Rob are the best. Been listening to them for years now. Both are hard to beat and maybe can’t be. Pick on.
This is GREAT!! Love how they threw in hints of Shakedown too!! ❤
Creative spacegrass interlude that works nicely - fabulous
Super Coool

That license plate art avow their heads?🤣🤣 it kept me thinking about opening a Mexican restaurant bar and call it El Yeah!
They can sure play a guitar
If the sound quality was better on this video it would be absolutely beyond incredible. Well done man.
its down to the room on this one.... still prefer this live performance to the album version though
holy shit....
Damndest thing since Tommy Emmanuel's version of Classical Gas. It's like the Dead come alive!
They did a couple of songs with Tommy, you should check those out.
ALL the notes, incredibly fast. 😵💫
so besides shakedown street what other dead songs are they doing in there?
Anybody else hear Strawberry Fields at around the 6:35 mark?
Norwegian wood at 6-35
Jerry Garcia would love this version.
Sometimes you just need to slow down and take a breath. Incredible musicians even though 👍🏻
Just a little slower. But you guys really did a version Jerry would have enjoyed, I’m sure.
This is great.
