Today I present you a modern Family Home called Seascape built in San Sequioa.
I kinda have a idea for a family for it but you still can edit the rooms in your needs/taste. The build comes also with a big backyard which probably gonna change over time through my family gameplay. I think some changes in general will be made with the time in that home. I really like the new San Sequioa World and Im exicited to build more with the new pack. I really hope you like it and you find a place for it in one of your worlds for one of your families!

💜Small Sidenote: I struggle atm with a annoying technical issue in the game which is more noticable in some scences. I hope I can will fix it soon and its not so annoying for you viewers. :)
