One big takeaway is the different hose diameter size. One is 5/8 inch (Giraffe), and the other is 1/2 inch hose. Granted it is only 1/8 inch difference, however I would prefer the larger hose size, especially if you have high static water pressure around 60 psi. It won't be as restrictive as (lowering bursting pressures) the smaller 1/2 inch one. Actually I'd like to see a 3/4 inch model, but that would be considerably larger and the tradeoff would be it's length would be shorter. Any comments on that issue?
@@mikepuckett I wish they made 130 or at least a 100” by this company otherwise I have to buy 3 instead of one & that point I’m forced to go with a cheap brand
What about the Shipping from the website. ? DUDE leaves out key detail and can not read very well.

We honestly did not see much of a difference with water pressure between the two diameter's.
Thanks for the video I bought the McNaught because of poor reviews on the giraffe hose quality. What's your view on both products hose quality
Hose quality is about the same, they both use a Hybrid Polymer material, but i like the Green color on the Macnaught reel better.
Would you still recommend the Retracta?
Absolutely, it comes with a true 10 year warranty. Unlike the Giraffe, which by the way is made in China.
Why does the Mcnaught make a 100 ft one ?
The longest hose they seem to make is 82ft
