You will only know if God reveals it to you. It will not be by our own power or knowledge. Gideon: Gideon was anointed by an angel of the Lord to lead the Israelites in battle against the Midianites. Initially, he had doubts about his capability, but he eventually accepted his calling (Judges 6:11-16). Jeremiah: The prophet Jeremiah was chosen by God to be a prophet to the nations. He didn't know this or consider himself qualified, until God told him that He had appointed him from before birth (Jeremiah 1:4-10). So it is possible for someone to be called or anointed by God and they are not aware of it initially unless God reveals it to them. :)
