Panda Panda so the exhaust setup may be different on the e90 because the way we angled the cutouts they don’t scrape they barely even sit lower then the exhaust, but again I don’t know the e90 exhaust layout so they might be right there might not be a way, I just know that the way we angled these on the e92 was mint and doesn’t scrape
@@BudgetBimmers also found these exhaust cutouts on alie Express. But they also give the option for 2.25 inch. I believed an e92 335i exhaust was around 2.34 inch. So I need 2.5 or 2.25?
orhan cirak this particular kit plugged in to the 12volt cigarette lighter, so you can see in the video how we connected them above the exhaust then ran it through the trunk and then into the cabin to the 12 volt not too hard
Is this bad for the stock engine/stock tune. Is it bad for the car to suddenly have almost no more back pressure in the exhaust? Thinking about doing this to my 328i xdrive. Someone please speak about this:)

The cutouts are sick, I've got them on my old hot rod and it's hard not to leave them open all the time. Might put them on the 335 right after the downpipes. Is there enough room up that far is the question.🤔
lakebum7425 yeah there is that's my car in the video. I would have put them up there but I felt it would have sounded so loud in the car and I'd rather have the sound more behind the car instead over right under the middle.

Not on a 335i because of the twin turbo setup, a 328i is NA so it needs the back pressure
You don't need back pressure unless you drive a 2-stroke.
