I bought this boot at the end of last season and love the performance and fit. Even my mutant feet work with this boot. How ever I can't figure out why I have to use the heal of my hand put my whole upper body into closing the Hoji lock into ski mode?? My cuff overlap is correct, and I have watched people closing the Hoji in videos with only a couple fingers. Any ideas of what is going on?
Thanks for bringing up this question. This can happen if the buckles are closed too tight. Try to close the Hoji Lock first, before tightening the buckles!
The liner looks new with better protection in the top area where the hoji lock mechanism is placed. Will there also be a new Dynafitter 10 Liner? My Radical Pro hoji lock mechanism is cutting into the liner… seams to be a common problem. A new more protected liner in the area of the hoji lock mechanism could fix that weakness.
Hi Matthias, thanks for sharing your feedback. We already offer a variety of liners, check them out here: www.dynafit.com/men/footwear/liners Hope that helps?
Thx for the review! Could you define the volume for these boots? In terms of low/mid/high volume? For example if you compare with Hoji Free 130, the last is pretty much similar (101 vs 102), but I'm curious to see if there's enough room for feet with high instep.
Hello! I want to buy this boots but I have my old k2 obsethed ski with old look bindings (without gripwalk system). Is it possible to use Tigard 130 and my old bindings?
Does anybody know if there are alpine soles (for alpine bindings without GripWalk compatability) avaliable for this boot? Or any other option to ski this with a racing ski?
Hi there! This boot is already compatible with alpine bindings: www.dynafit.com/tigard-130-ski-touring-boot-unisex-08-0000061931?number=08-0000061931_0000000002&listing=1 All the best from your DYNAFIT team! #speedup

With that 'Hoji lock' mechanism, is it still possible to change the power strap to a Booster one?

Good point! Thanks to the innovative flex entry zone feet with high instep have a good fit too. Hope that helps!

Hey, great that you like our new Tigard boot. Unfortunately, you need a Gripwalk compatible binding to use the boot.
Thank you
