My dream is becoming a professional footballer, I believe in my self. I always put extra work on my spare time training with developing as player, I train 2 times with my team a week and 3-5 times individual. Do you believe in yourself? I hope you do because you can whatever you want. But you gotta work hard, be patient, always look forward and not give up when life is hitting you the most. I believe you can make it but it won't work if you do it too... Never give up on your dream, you only live once!

As a 53yr old Irish guy I weighed 106lbs standing at 5ft 8 Inc's by being lazy and eating garbage Now just 2 months later I weigh 186lbs simply by pushing myself to walk more peel vegetables to make home made soup , create salads , cut out choc and chips , it's not hard , I sleep better , I feel better , I look better , having said all that I still take a square or two of chocolate but much smaller quantities so I'm not gone total cold turkey and it's working I still have a long way ahead as my goal is to reach 161lbs but I know with this mindset I will achieve it This video is excellent and should be burnt into the minds of children from 10yrs up . Nobody was saying anything to me about how I was, but now I believe that people should sometimes need and get a kick up the backside , the only one person that gave me a kick up the ass was ME !!! I don't care to have a big house, or a nice car, or even a family. I don't care to work hard and find a well paying job so I can "achieve my dream" I don't care, and I'm tired of worrying about why I don't care. Some of us want lives that aren't overwhelming. Some of us don't want to push to our limit to become the best at something, or to reach something. The only thing I really want is to get through life, knowing it was without hurting anyone. I want to help people, I want to make people feel good about themselves. I want to be the person that you would lean on when your having a rough time. I'm not there yet, but if anything, that's what I want. I don't want to walk out of life taking as much as I could've. No matter how hard you work for things, it's all just taking. Humans endource in incredible greed. I don't want to be like that. I've wanted to end my life in fear that I won't be able to escape that. The coach said to me warm up and get the balls while at it and comeback " thats the only position your good at anyways" my dad and other parents heard him.. Il give 100% every practice even those onlyv 5 minutes i will played.. very commited i was bummed out turnin my uniform in. Junior year the high school won the championship undefeated ... Senior year was back to back. With the support of my teams and tru God i became the best offensive player in the league scoring 3-4 goals every game..
