Your videos have really helped le have a sense of routine to sleeping. I really struggle with sleeping and insomnia, and I get frustrated so easily. But your videos specifically help so much, it’s almost like I don’t feel as alone? And sleeping is so much less stressful now. If you enjoy making ASMR please keep it up. ❤️
