I bought a pair of altras that was too small, could not return them, so I had to buy another pair💸. I bought a synthetic hoodie instead of the sunhoodie I wanted, it was cheaper, but I still want the sunhoodie💸 I also bought a pair of injinji socks, but they was too short to bring on My hike in sweeden with All the ticks in the grass there.
My R1 is literally one of my most used pieces of gear on my last 2 long distance hikes and on countless day hikes. This thing always works, it is incredible. No idea why you seem to have such a hard time with it...?
Different strokes for different folks, I suppose. Honestly, it is just too warm and hot for my use. I run hot (because of my extra weight). For people who run colder, it would probably be great.
If you love your shoes, my suggestion would be to go buy another pair, even if you don't need them now. Companies often "update" their shoes, and they aren't always as great as the pair you fell in love with, so get another before they do that! I have had at least three pairs of running shoes that were updated, and I HATED the new version, which meant I had to completely start over to find my dream shoe.
@@pedrofskymtb Just drain the water, rinse it out if needed and then just put it in the freezer wet along with the hose and bite valve. You could also put it in a zip lock bag to keep it together. I have been doing this for many years and it ended the mold issue. When you are ready to use it, just take it out of the freezer and fill it up.
You are rapidly becoming one of my favorite YT channels!
Thanks so much! That means the world to me!!!

I Feel your frustration.
I can relate on the water bladder.
Yeah. I always think they are a great idea…And they never are, for me.
Love this! It made me smile. Also, some good information.

When you return from an outing, just take your water bladder, empty it and put it in the freezer.
I’ve heard that. Great advice for those who want to try it out! Thanks for sharing.
Yeah, got this tip from a fellow backpacker and I have never had mold issues since.
@@westaylor5508You empty the bladder, let it dry and then you put it in the freezer, or you just let it drain all the water and put it in the freezer?

From now on when people say that I’m fat, I am going to say “No, I’m overly hot…….” 😂
Too hot for my own good! That’s why the Dr. put me on the ‘betus medicine.
Yeah, I ain't cleaning water bladders. Bottles all the way.
In theory, I still like bladders…I just can’t be trusted with them!
This made me laugh
