✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶:
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1.5 Cup
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/8 Tsp/2 pinch
* Water (पानी) - 3/4 Cup
* Oil/Ghee(तेल/घी) - For Frying
* Orange Color(ऑरेंज कलर) - Some
* Green Color(हरा कलर) - Some
* Red Color(लाल कलर) - Some
𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘆𝗿𝘂𝗽:
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1.5 Cup
* Water(पानी) - 1 Cup
* Cardamom(इलायची) - 4-5
* Ghee(घी) - 1+1.5 Tbsp
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩, keep the pan for heating & put Sugar, Water & crushed Green Cardamom. Cook the Sugar until it turns slightly sticky, then turn the flame off.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢, take a big bowl & put sieved Gram Flour, Baking Soda & make the batter by adding some water gradually. Whisk the batter in one direction with the whisker (make sure there are no lumps in the batter or not very thin or thick). Check the batter with the help of water (as shown in the video). Heat Oil in a pan for deep frying. When Oil becomes hot, pour the batter slowly over the skimmer or grater. Tap its edge so that droplets of batter fall into the Oil. Repeat the process & make a colorful Boondi. Stir occasionally until they become crisp and bright yellow in color. Then transfer the fried Boondi into the lukewarm sugar syrup and dip it completely. put some Ghee, cover and rest for 3-4 hours. At last, take out the ready Boondi on a plate. Finally, meethi Boondi is ready to enjoy.
