Like this, #⃣ = Any building block you're using. 0⃣=Gap #⃣ #⃣0⃣#⃣ #⃣ Build like that to the top(Leaving one block from the limit). On the floor, make a 2 block height gap (Remove 2 vertical blocks on the ground of the structure). Put soul sand on the ground (On which gap is been left for the structure like I said before). Put water on the top (Leaving that one block gap so Trader can breathe) of the structure in the middle (The gap). Now put sea things up to the top of the structure by first placing it on soul sand then on the first sea thing again and again till it reaches the top (of the structure). You can check by going into it. Sea things propell any item or entity or player vertically to the top till where they are kept. They are used as elevators due to that
