I played high school and college basketball in the late 80s and once I started watching Jordan I realized what I was seeing...the guy who would end up being the greatest of all time. There were several Bulls' seasons where I literally did not miss watching even one game because I knew I was watching greatness. People who didn't watch him play just don't understand. The best offensive player in history and arguably the best on defense which is just ridiculous.
That is all political.....look at the Dream’s blocks/steals/rebounds. It is basically insane in the modern era. Jordan was a great defender on the perimeter. The Dream controlled everything. The big men of the 90s were the best defenders, they could guard smalls on switches and controlled the boards and paint. i.e. Olajuwon, Robinson, Ewing, Mourning, Mutombo, Rodman, etc
