What can you say about Toyota Raize? 3-cylinder engine car & CVT? I'm a new car owner. I live in Tagaytay and am single. No kids. Is this practical to buy?
I heard a lot of reviews sa Raize. So far wala pa naman major complain. Re practical, as long as kaya ng budget mo at goods sayo ang gas at maintenance cost okay yan.

Cash is best if -you have enough cash to purchase the vehicle. Enough means, may emergency fund pang matitira for you after buying the car. -wala kang balak mag negosyo o pagagamitan ng pera mo.

Worth it po ang comprehensive car insurance kasi kahit anong ingat natin sa pagmamaneho meron pa rin mga pasaway na pwede tayong madamay.
Iba po kasi ang warranty sa insurance. Re talyer, meron din pong mga talyer na accredited ng insurance.

My short answer is it depends.
Allow me to explain naman my long answer.
Cash is best if
-you have enough cash to purchase the vehicle. Enough means, may emergency fund pang matitira for you after buying the car.
-wala kang balak mag negosyo o pagagamitan ng pera mo.
Financing if
- simply wala ka enough cash to purchase it in cash.
- may pagagamitan ka ng cash mo like business, emergency etc.
Pero overall, if I have to choose, ill pick cash.
Di mo na iisipin ang monthly amortization. Mas malaki rin ang wiggle room sa net pay mo kada buwan.
Dito lang sa pinas na bawat akyat mo ng bridge(fly over) may bayad. Sa ibang bansa wala naman ganyan.
May bayad tas traffic. Premium traffic hehe 😉
