Hi Siddharth, thanks for your questions. First of all, please subscribe to the channel and hit the notification bell. This helps make more content for you. Secondly, if you have a set workout routine that possibly reinforces your imbalances, how do expect to minimize your bow legs? If you really want to change your bow legs you need to make radical changes to your workout regimen. Correcting your bow legs MUST be 1st priority. Otherwise you'll not be able to change your legs. Check out my latest video to understand how a viewer DID minimize his legs in just 3 months. Cheers!
The answer to your question is quite simple. Ask yourself the following: What is the intended benefit of the workout I do? Do I want to do leg press, squats etc. for the sake of doing the workouts or do I want to minimize my bow legs? If you can answer this for yourself, you'll know what to do! Cheers.

What I don’t understand is for people who are adults and have had bow legs for their whole lives (me) ive come to the understanding that the knee pointed was just my genetic formula because my mom has it too. How are stretches supposed to help the knee bone that was formed that way from start?
Hi Jamez Glover, great question. I love it. Have you seen this video? Here I distinguish between the things you can positively impact on a muscular level and the things that unfortunately you cannot change, like your bones: th-cam.com/video/XYEz_RgvWdo/w-d-xo.html If you were born with bow legs, there's probably hardly anything you can do about it. However, not everyone is born with bow legs. Many develop bow legs over time due to postural misalignments. But whether you were born with bow legs or you developed them later in life, many actually develop knee or hip or even back pain due to the misalignment in your body. These exercises may help you manage the pain and help you feel more alive in your body. If you're really curious to find out if you can minimize your bow legs naturally, do your self-test here: th-cam.com/video/zvfmDtVEu6E/w-d-xo.html Best of luck!

Exercise, stretching, strengthening, physical therapy, and vitamins will make your muscles and bones stronger but will not change the shape of the bones. The only way to truly change the shape of the legs is to break the bone and straighten it.
