Bloody awesome vid bro. Very relatable. Worked installing stereo's in the 90's, the amount of VL parcel shelves we cut up fitting 6x9s and subs. Awesome to watch you rebuild the hacked metal. Well done. Wish I'd kept the 2 VLs I had when I was much younger. Cheers mate

Careful folding the guard lip right over it will shrink the entire shape of the guard and you end up with a massive door gap at the bottom ..
