Princess Serenity is so beautiful here. I love her beautiful white dress and her hair. I also love how they still kept the crescent moon on her forehead. I feel like if Princess Serenity was real she would've looked like this. I just love PGSM it's such a great and unique adaptation of Sailor Moon. It was definitely a great way to continue Sailor Moon's legacy. It will definitely hold a special place in my heart. 💖🌙

I honestly love this concept of Serenity looking like Usagi and Sailor Moon looking different, especially when you play with the concept of Venus being the "decoy princess" and the fact that even Luna couldnt remember clearly, it adds more to the reason of why everyone didn't put two and two together that the Guardian of the Moon looked exactly like the princess. (I mean she does when she "fuses" into the Moon Princess Guardian form, but I just like this concept)
Im sorry but when you have literally plushies playing Luna and artemis, i mean.... How can i take this seriously. The acting was spectacular though and i really appreciate how devoted these people were in its making

The nature of Luna and Artemis is different in the live-action than in the animé and manga version. In the live-action, Luna and Artemis use the two stuffed cats as host bodies for their souls while in the animé and manga, they have actual physical cat forms.

It's true, actually animated Luna was amazing, they should have kept it that way, the plushes were awful.
The acting was spot on for a live action and even though Luna and Artemis are plushies this is on par with the sailor moon anime

Usagi is so cute. Venus is so damn pretty, stunning visuals. And I love Rei, also beautiful . And Minako so damn cool. Ami is pretty as well. I think the Actresses really suits the characters so much.
People judge this show without even watching an episode or two of it.
Anyway, despite the hate from the fake Sailor Moon fans, this show was actually very successful because real Sailor Moon fans adore it.
Phil Lux I loved the show especially because it was so different from the Manga and the original anime. Queen Metallia is somehow connected to the silver crystal and becomes more powerful even when Usagi is the one using it. The princess is almost a separate character from Usagi and she almost only cares about getting Endymion’s love. She would literally destroy the worlds if Mamoru is not in it (reminds me of Sailor Neptune saying similar stuff regarding Uranus). She destroyed the two kingdoms when Mamoru died in the silver millennium and goes on to destroy the world in the end. Only Mamoru and Usagi bring back the world by sacrificing themselves.
Just because we don't like this show doesn't mean we are not real fans. It's called an opinion asshole

Why yes they are indeed using adorable plushies for Luna and Artemis. I think it's a pretty creative choice they made and it doesn't really detract from anything. It's also very versatile as well. Some of y'all in this comment section just have very small attention spans. Which is nothing to be ashamed of. 💁♀️😺

実写版でもセーラー戦士達のリーダー格だが個人の戦闘力はあまり高くはないそのため仲間達とチームプレーで戦うことが多かった特殊技は一定の威力を発揮するものの、マーズ、ジュピターのような破壊力はなく格闘技はオーソドックスで特に秀でたものがないため、強敵に対して単独では歯が立たない。ジェダイト、クンツァイトと一対一で戦った時にはパワー・スピード共に圧倒されたほか、亜美が変身したダークマーキュリーと戦った時も全く対抗できずにムーンライト・スティックを折られて失神して戦闘不能となった。プリンセス・セーラームーンへの覚醒など、セーラー戦士の力を扱う体得的な才能は見せているものの成熟度ではヴィーナスにまるで敵わず最後までセーラームーンとしての才能を開花させることはなかった。
The budget may have been fairly small, but this adaptation clearly shows that Sailor Moon will never work in live-action form without some fair amount of changes to the story and esthetics. If the franchise were to have a western live-action remake, you can bet there will be mass changes to the esthetics, but the story will remain very close to the original, due to how western of a lore it is already.
Did I like this show? I kinds of did, but I couldn't get use those colorful big wigs that they sport in Sailor form, I would've just preferred them to keep their original hair instead, because obviously everyone's gonna be sporting colorful hair like their Manga/Anime counterparts the whole time if they didn't make such changes to the story. Unfortunately that just doesn't very well in live-action.
