Its a good blade for 20 bucks. Just needs a good sharpening and perhaps machining some choils on the back of the blade and on the flipper tab. Otherwise its a lot of knife for 20 dollars.
It says multi-tool so they can ship to areas that don't allow knives if it said knife and then customs looked at it and it was in an area that doesn't allow knives it wouldn't pass since they put multi-tool they can ship it just about anywhere
