Love to see specialized food points thriving in Pakistan. My suggestions would be;
1> Make a token system serving. People will purchase tokens of desired numbers first.
2> Measure each serving by weighing the quantity.
3> Make the price a little low.
( Even if I compare with Delhi's most famous paya outlets and considering the 3.5X currency difference, it is still around 200 rupee costlier. Here two people can eat a 100 rupees/plate paaya comfortably with double the quantity of 700 rupee/plate.)

I remember this place since my teen age. Its deep in old Anarkali, the narrow end from one side is coming from Punjab University side. But why can't we make at home such a thing. I know places are famous due to their taste. But we never tried ourselves. I have made a lot better, clean and hygienic food of "street food" @ home.
