I had an unexpected spontaneous full blown Kundalini awakening and I didn't even know what that was. I learned about it later. I don't even know how I was able to hold on to my body, it was very traumatic. It was so strong it blew a disc out of my spine and it took a long time to recover. It is still not completely healed. This happened at the beginning of my Ketu dasha and it was very traumatic because I was not prepared. After that I had PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), anxiety, depression... I never had any of these problem before. But my mind is so different now and I see things, people and myself clearly for what there really is. I would never change this mind for what it was before :) It was the most scary period you can imagine, but it was worth all the fear, trouble and suffering :) After the dark, there comes light :)
