I am having trouble loading the factory presets into my sx-210. Ive read the manual, and done what it has said, but no sound is coming out. I also just had the memory battery replaced as well.
@Laura041974 Thank you. It's appreciated, glad you got it, I struggled a bit with the lack of touch sensitivity to really convey it, hence it is a little 'shouty'. It is a bit of flop compared to my other video's. Yep the SX210 is ace, fear not have a few more things in the pipeline. I like your singing.
Super Demo! Just watched Twin Peaks Season 1 in an old theatre here in Portland Oregon... Every Wednesday Night. I thought they had actually used a Roland JX-8p for a lot of that soundtrack. I also have a Kawai SX-240 and it is nothing less than sinister!!!
@yadrummer11 hey thanks for the comment not 100% sure what you mean, but if we are talking straight song writing i'd say anything early by Neil Young, otherwise generally just check my favorites on my youtube channel..
Hi, is there any chance you could send me the mp3 or wav of the tape out preset dump (even if it's not original)? My SX-210 was in storage too long and everything got erased. Would HUGELY appreciate it!
@Laura041974 I like the synthex too, quite quirky. You just need to connect the audio outputs of you computer to the inputs of a tape desk then just record live as the mp3 plays.
@Laura041974 ooo just seen the ebay one, looks nice. I do have the original manual somewhere for mine, but not the tape. I think you can download it as an mp3 and record it on to a tape and load it in that way though or manually make the presets yourself and just save them. I only kept a few of the originals and most are just my own patches. Yeah the naming system is cool I got mine from ebay 3 years ago for £92 ! I'll check out owl city.
