Jamie is definitely getting killed off the next episode. The clue was in this previous episode. Did anyone hear the train while he was leaving his car into the house.
I heard it and thought immediately about the Dutton Train Station because I thought they made a point that their was no train station in the area and he was in a neighborhood that didn’t look it like it was near any train station.
Tate gets ranch and some unknown law about him being at least half or a quarter naitive american will somehow make the taxes go away. Taylor is like a bad landscaper, he mows lawn and trims bushes then leaves piles of clippings, piles of dead brush, branches and scraps everyplace and leaves. He just cant finish the job on any of his shows,
I think they're going to give it to Tate now and for $1. That way with him being a member of the tribe, they can't touch it. That and it fulfills a promise the original Duttons made to give it back after 7 generations. Tate is about the 7th generation and as an Indigenous person, he would annex the whole ranch back to the reservation and that would kill any and all taxes owed going forward!
Just when I’d hoped Taylor Sheridan couldn’t be more self serving and egotistical by inserting himself into the show with the twirling horses…ladies & gentlemen…behold, episode 13. First time ever I haven’t cared enough to watch the replay. This was horrid, and the internet has responded today!🤣😳
@ I didn’t have that luxury watching on Paramount TV channel, believe me I would have! But I had no interest in watching 1883 or the YS replay after it, which is a first for me. I’ve watched every episode of YS multiple times, holiday marathons too. If I do so again, I’ll be skipping episode 13. I just hope the finale isn’t a big disappointment.🤷🏻♀️
Last night's episode was another disappointment. This series has run its course, and there's nothing left to show. So they use silly filler material to waste time. TS, you messed this up.
I knew this show would not survive without Costner, since he left the show is terrible Sheridan is horrible he should have been the one that left the show.
Kevin Costner not in this season but it has all been abouthis death. So Mr. Sheridan gave of himself in last nights episode which was dull, boring and ugly. Hope the finale is more interesting. Bye Yellowstone.
Apparently, this is all Taylor Sheridans' doings. These are the last episodes of this once great series, and now he's done with it. He's made all the mo ey he can make and is now on to bigger and better things. So he just hurried up, killed characters off, and rode off into the sunset. Literally.
Kevin Costner is a friend of mine. I told him I hated they took him out of the show, when he offered to finish it. I think Taylor Sheridan should have not been such a primą Dona , just because his career took off.
They seem to only be going after Jamie in the series finale unless Jamie's conference thing ends up stirring up major shit and Grant and the assassins and Market enquities get involved and in trying to find and hunt down Jamie it ends up in a huge shootout I would say that makes the most sense but then again Taylor has always treated Jamie as the main problem for the Duttons
@@browncoat516 I gotta be honest I wasn't a fan of the character John but I liked Costner's acting in the show and the fact that it is barely really been highlighted all that much feels wrong and how suddenly they are acting like Beth and Kayce have always been close when they have really only had a scene or two together each season
Good point(very) on the last few episodes. My take on music(any type) performed within a medium like TV or movies is that it is almost always off-putting and distracting:particularly when the talent themselves are famous. I hate that these last episodes are being wasted for horse and cowboy montages with walk-ons doing all the talking and acting. It looks like a home movie and it sucks.
I felt like when Suge Knight was at an awards show saying does anyone want to be under a record company that the producer is all in the videos and out front. That was Taylor Sheridan’s middle finger to Kevin Costner. So un-needed and a waste of the show. So disappointed.😡
Leave to Taylor Sheridan always wanting to be right in the middle of it all. Kind of like Jerry Jones another billionaire. Glad there’s only 1 episode left.
I will say Taylor is ripped but he isn't a main character everybody has been wanting to see with their shirt off come on! This episode was boring and all about Taylor Sheridan!
Maybe let yellowstone die, close dhiw or have KC wake up from a nightmare if what happened uf Dad was killed... Being back Kevin Costner Pay him double to finish the show....the way he was killed was stupid anyway... He was living in Governor mansion, 24 hour security guards, cameras every 5 feet... There us vook, maids, others living in Mansion. The electric went off 3 min before he died.... Sheridan writing isn't working....are you sure someone else has been writing this show because since Costner left, the writing us terrible
I think they are chickening out about ending the show! It’s the moneymaking that leads to the other shows. Otherwise it’s crazy how much they are just messing around with cattle flashbacks and the guy who owns the show in an episode showing off his steroid reaction! Call him Puffy Sheraton
I think the episode where Travis had to break the news to Jimmy about Costner's character John Dutton being dead was a direct screw you to Costner as well the character Travis did not even look sad or upset at all his character is very over the top Hot shot thinks he's the s***and it really gets annoying because we're not here to watch any of that we just want to watch Yellowstone with the usual characters in not the guy we already know runs the show but he has to keep reminding us every now and then
I think all 5 episodes so far have been a HUGE let down. We want to see more of the Dutton family get closure with John's death, get retribution (or revenge, whichever) for the ones that were responsible, we want to see them sink Maket Equities, and give Jamie what he deserves, not see all the partying of Travis, the selling off of the livestock and the just pain nonsense that has been happening. The only side story that has been good so far was =Teeter and Colby, albeit sad to see, for sure. I just have a sinking feeling that the last episode, and the ending in general is going to be very anti climactic, and very disappointing. It has so far, and I feel like the final episode is going to be a big let down.
The strip poker scene was just stupid and uncomfortable. It feels like the last episode will end with a soft thud. The ranch will go back to the Native Americans and everyone will happily ride off into the sunset. 🥱💤
They needed a filler (sex scene) to appeal to the masses and make it "exciting" because NOTHING else went on in this episode except a little foreshadowing... 😂
If Clara narcs on the new Governor and Jamie, how in the Hell will she secure a job on Senator Perry's Montana office staff? She'll be blackballed for sure. Hard to even believe Lynelle suggested it to her. Just another thought provoking twist going nowhere.
@@johnhoover3345 i am sure Taylor will either forget about it completely or make up some legal mumble jumble that isn't accurate as a cheap loophole or something
Kayce asked Beth how much the sales tax would be if he bought her car for a dollar. Newsflash. There is NO SALES TAX in Montana! Brilliant writing, Taylor.
I was so upset that they wasted an episode on Taylor Sheridan and I figured out at the beginning of the last part of this season was going to the Indians bc in 1883, it was promised to be given back in the seventh generation which is Tate. I hate that Kayce didn’t kill that man the killed his dad. Everyone seemed like nothing happened except Colby’s death. Like their father was murdered. How disrespectful!
I thought that too in 1883 when the native american Spotted Eagl e played by Graham Green, said to James Dutton that they would have to give the land back in seven generations. I think this will come up again in the final episode
@@CarlaJackson-f1m But they didn't hire Jimmy off the street. He went there as a favor to John with all intention of going back to the Yellowstone. He just happen to fall in love while he was there.
What it "looks like" is that Taylor Sheridan USED Kevin Costner to make Yellowstone a big hit and then got rid of Kevin so that Taylor could step in and take some (rounchy) screen time to end the show. There are so many quality actors and actresses on the show. The storyline added with Taylor Sheridan's character is a HUGE stain on this show. I will finish watching the show but say Goodbye to the franchise (spin offs and such).
Regarding the Lainey Wilson discussion at the end of this video, remember that all the cowboys (minus Lloyd and Carter) were told to look for new jobs after the auction. Its not a stretch to think Ryan leaves the Yellowstone ranch, attends one of Lainey's (Abby's) concerts, and professes his love for her. Her appearance on the show doesn't have to be for a celebratory concert at the ranch. I imagine many of the cowboys who don't stay at the Yellowstone will get a nice sendoff from the writers.
@@jimgriffin9924 Taste of Country, they discuss it towards the end of their video. Did you even bother watching their video before posting this comment?
Every state is different. But in NY it’s the value. If you sell me your $50,000 car for $500 and I pay the sales tax on $500, you can best believe I will get a bill from the NYS department of finance based on the taxable value of $50,000.
@@donnapalmer9405 Rip simping for Travis was the final straw for me. Rip says maybe 20 words per episode, but last night he gives an entire soliloquy about Travis being the hero in a bar fight.🙄 Was this Taylor’s payback for the lawsuit over the coffee labeling? Such a tiny, petty lil man.🤦🏻♀️
@@jessicabentrude1571 I agree. If the Duttons continues on to the four sixes, which I have a feeling is likely, especially Rip & Beth, that will be way more Travis/Taylor BS than I’m willing to sit thru. One more episode of YS and then I’m done with all things Taylor Sheridan.
I really liked the beginning with the detective and FBI going into the office in NYC. Thought we were getting ready to kick some and take names. Nope can't do that gotta go back to TX for more stupid stuff that doesn't help with anything except take up episode time. Kinda disappointing last night.
I'm glad that you have acknowledged the falsity of the one dollar tax situation. I'm looking forward to what I firmly believe will be the end of the series.
What makes me so mad about the whole darn thing is they're supposed to be on Paramount and it's not on Paramount and you don't can't figure out where to go watch it I paid for Paramount just so I could watch it that really made me mad.
Could you do a video or list of the soundtrack from this 2nd part of the season?? So many good songs that most people don’t know, and I can’t think of a better source to give that information to us! Asking for a friend…..
I think they did a great job with the last 6 episodes, glad the last episode is 2 hours so they can do their best to wrap the whole story up. Rumors are the finale lives up to the hype! Here’s to hoping!
Blah blah blah Jaime gets killed… we knew this would happen a season ago…. No surprise…. But if Sheridan was smart, Jamie would leave a hidden truth bomb, such that if he is killed, everything gets leaked to the press… all the shady deals, murders, the train station location… juice up the ending… if I knew I was gonna get killed off, I sure as hell would take everyone with me in the fallout… but Sheridan won’t do it…he’s not as good a plot line or story writer as he thinks he is…let it fly on the last episode!!!
Also, remember in Season 1 when John jailed Chairman Rainwater briefly when Rainwater was the “bad” and had stolen some cattle… He was telling John his plans stating “and I’m going to buy your ranch first, right after you die and your children can’t afford the inheritance tax”…
Not to mention that he rents his ranch to his own show for $50,000 a week, or day or hour…whatever. Taylor Sheridan has a massive case of Napoleon Complex.
It really wasn't much of an ending. 25 minutes wasted on Sheridans' need to puff, which could have been used to actually serve the ending. I kept waiting for something to happen. I enjoyed Kaceys figuring out how to save the ranch, and Beth realizing what he was thinking and showing her brother love. That was a beautiful moment.
I am very disappointed in the final episodes of season 5 of Yellowstone. I don't know what the final episode will bring other than John's funeral. I really think Sheridan missed a good plot. Beth ending up with Jamie's baby boy. Jamie has to go into hiding only to end up months later at the train station. So many more seasons could have been written. John beingʻ gone" is a cover-up , but he really isn't gone. It was a clone, and this was done to find out who his real enemies were. I could go on, we all know it's over, and it will leave us hanging.
The one scene i wish the would show in finale, season or series, would be a flashback of kayce being branded. They could use the younger john dutton actor. I cant picture. It kind makes no sense y it even happened
Finally people are realizing that Sheridan is an arrogant blowhard. He does nothing to advance the shows plotlines and like many people are saying they will just watch the last episode because of the amount of time they have invested in the series. I for one am not expecting a good finale by no means. It will be nice to see it come to an end but not holding my breath for a good final episode.
Did anyone else feel Jamie hesitated slightly when answering Christina's question: "Will they find your DNA IN her?" Of course, we're always getting curve balls here. 🤔
Property tax is still property tax. If they give it away depending on what point in the year the property is transferred the seller and buyer each pay a percentage of the taxes due.
Kayce was talking about sales tax . If they sell the ranch , the government is going to declare the money received to be income , and taxable as such . Not sure how big the ranch is , but the airport project was 50,000 acres .

Costner left the show and Sheridan's ego has had no problem filling the empty space.
This season has been WORSE than the final season of Game of Thrones and that was probably remembered until now, as the worst ending to a show.
At this point, they have to come back for a season 6 or they will have ruined their legacy
Oh and lost in all this mess...
A handful of episodes ago, the state had decided to declare eminent domain which would render having the money to pay taxes irrelevant because the state is taking the land. The show just let that whole eminent domain story line disappear. Just mind boggling at how scatterbrained the season has been
I agree 100%.
I liked GOT final season until the second the dragon got shot out of the sky then it was horrible
Yes. This is worse than GOT and that is saying ALOT.
I thought I was seeing things when it went to slow motion for that brief moment glad I wasn’t the only one who saw it
@ i thought the episode where they show what actually happened to john was good but all others were bad
I’m about to stop watching the show because of Taylor I always thought his character was trash. This dude is a stuck up rich snob in real life guaranteed! I hope it is over only watching it because I invested so much time into it already
Don't worry u only got one episode left and its all over lmao
You're about to stop? Well you better hurry and make up your mind only 1 left.
@ yes I know that’s why I am hoping this shit show clown show comes to a end that’s all we need is one episode to finish this storyline! You can only fight over land for so much and have an interesting think about it. All his other shows are about land too. At this point, we can see all his creativity comes from land Tulsa. It’s about land…
It’s pretty much over everyone going to stop watching
@@frankbrubicon5299you never studied history, have you. Humans have been unaliving each other since the beginning of time over....hold on......LAND!!!!
Jamie is definitely getting killed off the next episode. The clue was in this previous episode. Did anyone hear the train while he was leaving his car into the house.
I heard the same thing!!
Oooh yeah, I heard it but didn’t think about the tie to the train station 😮
I heard it and thought immediately about the Dutton Train Station because I thought they made a point that their was no train station in the area and he was in a neighborhood that didn’t look it like it was near any train station.
Sure did.
Definitely heard the train I was just surprised it didn't happen this episode
Tate gets ranch and some unknown law about him being at least half or a quarter naitive american will somehow make the taxes go away. Taylor is like a bad landscaper, he mows lawn and trims bushes then leaves piles of clippings, piles of dead brush, branches and scraps everyplace and leaves. He just cant finish the job on any of his shows,
This season has been uneventful…just want the show to end, it’s not the same without Costner
Kayce will make a bloodpact with Rainwater where the Duttons and Broken Rock Indians will share the ranch.
That’s what I think
It did show a preview scene where they made the bloodpact and said they were now brothers... so yeah, you're probably right 😆
@@victoriaanderson863 The ranch will be safe for Tate and his children. Should he want it.
@rnews5750 Yes, I think that would be the best option for everyone!
Same here. Lifelong horseman, but even I got sick and tired of the spinning reining horses.
I found myself fast forwarding through much of his scenes. 🤦♀️ Dude gives me eye roll injury.
Enough with the spinning horses ... holy shit.
It’s true. There’s not much of this last 1/2 season I’ve wanted to rewatch. Certainly not this episode.
Last night's episode was another disappointment. This series has run its course, and there's nothing left to show. So they use silly filler material to waste time. TS, you messed this up.
I knew this show would not survive without Costner, since he left the show is terrible Sheridan is horrible he should have been the one that left the show.
Taylor loving himself
@@Teriteri22 He totally kisses the mirror every time he looks in one.
The promotions for next week kept saying SEASON Finale, not Series Finale.
Good catch
Yeah it’s not the end
I thought I was the only one who noticed that
We need more episodes with Taylor riding horses
I'll watch it if someone takes Travis to the train station.
God..Taylor is egotistical as his character....worst episode ever. Don't really care if I remember to watch the next one.
So no revenge for john? No one cares about the assassination of their father ? Doesn't seem like these characters
No everyone is too busy selling horses and mourning b level characters than worry about John.
I agree...everything in the storyline is just off. All this partying is more important than John's funeral? And let's get to it...stop farting around!
I have already heard Laney is in the finally
Turnpike Troubadours are absolute gold. Own every album they have. In person they are worth the money
but wasted time that could have been better used in the episode
@ You obviously don’t appreciate great music. Let’s be real, they’ve wasted large blocks of time in the last 3 episodes. Don’t blame the music
Johns horse died early in season 5 when Carter accidentally fell in a badger hole & Rip had to put Johns horse down.
Oh that's right. Good call.
Yes. The riderless horse is symbolic for the fallen cowboy. It doesn't necessarily have to be the one he rode.
Yes@@jennabshire4428
but he got another one.
@@jimgriffin9924 no. John only had one horse ever. 😂
Why in the hell would they NOT have put it all into a family trust ??? !!!
The whole season 5 part two has been disappointing! How will they bring a logical and satisfying conclusion to the final episode in one hour? 😮
I think they are chickening out about ending the show! It’s the moneymaking that leads to the other shows. Otherwise it’s crazy how much they are just messing around with cattle flashbacks and the guy who owns the show in an episode showing off his steroid reaction!
Call him Puffy Sheraton
I think the episode where Travis had to break the news to Jimmy about Costner's character John Dutton being dead was a direct screw you to Costner as well the character Travis did not even look sad or upset at all his character is very over the top Hot shot thinks he's the s***and it really gets annoying because we're not here to watch any of that we just want to watch Yellowstone with the usual characters in not the guy we already know runs the show but he has to keep reminding us every now and then
Sheridan is not the star, hes a writer and not a good one!: jeez louise
That crap was embarrassing.
The only good about this episode was the end with Beth and kayce talking about the ranch, ffs
Be perfectly honest, nothing happened on that episode last night which was disappointing
Pretty much nothing has happened this whole season 😢
The show dealt with the selling off of Dutton assets, which I think was appropriate. I did like seeing Jaime’s ex love in the show too.
It has so far, and I feel like the final episode is going to be a big let down.
last nights episode was a waste of time… Mayne 8 minutes total of substance.
I felt very sorry for Teeter and Ryan in this episode 😢
The strip poker scene was just stupid and uncomfortable. It feels like the last episode will end with a soft thud. The ranch will go back to the Native Americans and everyone will happily ride off into the sunset. 🥱💤
Unfortunately this type of scene happens in real life.
Bingo!!
They needed a filler (sex scene) to appeal to the masses and make it "exciting" because NOTHING else went on in this episode except a little foreshadowing... 😂
I keep hoping something big will come out of Clara and Lanell’s conversation.
There Is a small window of time for that , maybe there will be or it will another thing Taylor Sheridan and writers just sweep under the carpet
If Clara narcs on the new Governor and Jamie, how in the Hell will she secure a job on Senator Perry's Montana office staff? She'll be blackballed for sure. Hard to even believe Lynelle suggested it to her. Just another thought provoking twist going nowhere.
He may leaked the info on jamie to the press@jackeydeeman3081
How disrespectful!
they did say season finale, not series finale before the preview
EXACTLY
Don't care. Not watching anything by Sheridan again.
@@deborahbarbour2241Landman is good
I thought that too in 1883 when the native american Spotted Eagl e played by Graham Green, said to James Dutton that they would have to give the land back in seven generations. I think this will come up again in the final episode
I'm wondering if Teeter doesnt marry either Walker or Ryan to go to the four 6s cause didn'y Emily say they would only take married couples.
Jimmy isn’t married.
@@CarlaJackson-f1m But they didn't hire Jimmy off the street. He went there as a favor to John with all intention of going back to the Yellowstone. He just happen to fall in love while he was there.
I think she will go back to Texas. I would if I were her.
This entire episode could've been an email. The audacity of Sheridan's ego!
I wish Kevin costner had never left. We would have had a great ending to a great show.
Laney Wilson? Big who cares?
@@jimgriffin9924 Taste of Country, they discuss it towards the end of their video. Did you even bother watching their video before posting this comment?
Every state is different. But in NY it’s the value. If you sell me your $50,000 car for $500 and I pay the sales tax on $500, you can best believe I will get a bill from the NYS department of finance based on the taxable value of $50,000.
And another reason NOT to live in this cesspool of a state
That because NY is an A$$hole when it comes to collecting taxes!
The last show was not good at all Travis was gross and why didn't rip get mad about it
Rip hasn’t acted like rip this whole season 😢
The whole episode was STUPID and a self showoff for Travis/Taylor Sheridan. Totally out of context.
Such a tiny, petty lil man.🤦🏻♀️
@@ItzMzJulez2U it seems he’s setting them up to follow Travis once the ranch is sold 🤢
Hour long episode 10 min of actual story progression
If that
10? more like 5
First time watching your channel and review and my gosh brother, excellent work!
What makes me so mad about the whole darn thing is they're supposed to be on Paramount and it's not on Paramount and you don't can't figure out where to go watch it I paid for Paramount just so I could watch it that really made me mad.
It is on Paramount , Sunday night at 8 pm EST , channel 241 on Direct TV . Taylor's new show is on Paramount Plus .
And it streams on Peacock but the prediction is it won't be for months, if it even does.
Such a disappointment last night
She did not think of it because she was only thinking of saving the ranch
Blah blah blah Jaime gets killed… we knew this would happen a season ago…. No surprise…. But if Sheridan was smart, Jamie would leave a hidden truth bomb, such that if he is killed, everything gets leaked to the press… all the shady deals, murders, the train station location… juice up the ending… if I knew I was gonna get killed off, I sure as hell would take everyone with me in the fallout… but Sheridan won’t do it…he’s not as good a plot line or story writer as he thinks he is…let it fly on the last episode!!!
It is totally enjoyable! The next episode will be waaaayyy intense.
Sheridan shouldn't show up...he can't act, even though he thinks he can.
I'd rather watch him kill off every character in end than to see him strut the episode naked just for his ego
I was so bored with this episode. Cant stand the Travis scenes. Was hoping Ryan and Abby get back together. Hate so much Colby was killed off.
Where was Teeter’s big pink bear she could have cried in to ?
Anyone else notice it was the "Season Finale" and not the series finale?
I am not furious at all. I just can’t wait to the story is told completely.
Also, remember in Season 1 when John jailed Chairman Rainwater briefly when Rainwater was the “bad” and had stolen some cattle… He was telling John his plans stating “and I’m going to buy your ranch first, right after you die and your children can’t afford the inheritance tax”…
Let's not forget the conversation between Clara and Lynelle. Short conversation, left you hanging.
So boring it was wow
Ik zzzzzz.
Not to mention that he rents his ranch to his own show for $50,000 a week, or day or hour…whatever.
Taylor Sheridan has a massive case of Napoleon Complex.
The 7th generation is Tate and he is part of the reservation/indian so I think its going to be a beautiful ending I hope!
Girl!🤯🤯🤯
Taylor is gross. He should beg Costner back and turn this terrible season into a dream, like Dallas did when Bobby Ewing left.
They ha waited so much time with thith just buul crap. Obviously with the flipping director, ( complete narcissist..) he's complete distoyed the show.
Episode 13 was filler garbage on the second to last episode of a series finale
So they have sold all the livestock.. does this mean we don’t have to watch anymore twirling horses?😂
Oh how lovely that would be.
😂😂
Or the run, run, run, STOOOOPPPP thing they like to do...uhhhhmazing zzzzz
Bwaahahaha!! 😂
The one scene i wish the would show in finale, season or series, would be a flashback of kayce being branded. They could use the younger john dutton actor. I cant picture. It kind makes no sense y it even happened
I think Rip should get the ranch.
No birth certificate or social security number…
:/
I thought that too until I remembered there is no record of his existence.
Great analysis. Thank you!
I hope next weeks finally is great considering what we had to watch.
I can't find the promo for the final episode
Variety is reporting thirty minutes back that a spinoff is confirmed!
I called it the minute his girlfriend asked have you ever seen him ride I know Beth would say I get it now!
Did anyone else feel Jamie hesitated slightly when answering Christina's question: "Will they find your DNA IN her?" Of course, we're always getting curve balls here. 🤔
Unless she was pregnant when they do an autopsy on her, then DNA definitely, be inside her.😮
Weak episode a lot of plugging for bands and 6666
I love Yellowstone but these final episodes have been alot of noddles with very little meat. Or alot of icing and little cake
Property tax is still property tax. If they give it away depending on what point in the year the property is transferred the seller and buyer each pay a percentage of the taxes due.
Maybe Indian Reservations are exempt?
@@drhodes3290 that was my thought as well
They owe inheritance tax.
Kayce was talking about sales tax . If they sell the ranch , the government is going to declare the money received to be income , and taxable as such . Not sure how big the ranch is , but the airport project was 50,000 acres .
Worst part of Yellowstone ever. Feel like Sheridan just lost his way ❤️
