I mean although most of Onewe's music is self-written/produced, RBW also handle a lot of the other stuff. E.g. music videos, promotions, fashion, marketing, physical albums, etc. The final recording and mixing is also done using the company's equipment/facilities and probably a sound engineer/other specialists will overlook the entire process. It's a collaboration which, I assume, is why they're with the company 😅

I guess this is what WEUS (ONEWE+ONEUS) members meant when they said he's really good at helping the members. also, I have heard, here and there, comments, vids, etc, where people like to say that, ONEWE, more than just them as a band, but also them as themselves, with the skillset that each of them bring, is like a Treasure that RBW has found. I think I can see why.
I see how much effort they took to make a complete song. First they have to fight alone to create and practice the sound, smoothe the vocals, then they have to mix the sound and practice together to match perfectly without mistake. I want to cry they really work hard in span of 45 days. The date probably already set and they still have to tweak and practice things in those times. I can imagine the pressure and stress build up to present the best of it. The album itself is beautiful and they pay attention on the details. Yes they've produced all their music ever since they formed the band themselves back in 2015 when they debuted the 1st time as M.A.S 0094 😊 RBW producers do have some input and get credits but the members are the primary writers and composers of almost all their songs and are still heavily involved in the any they aren't too. CyA (bassist/rapper and maknae) actually wrote and composed their first official song when he was 15 called Butterfly, Finding Flower (나비, 꽃을 찾다). It was dedicated to 'comfort women' (victims of sexual slavery during the Japanese occupation) and they volunteered performing for these women in nursing homes and donated all their profits from busking with the song to charity. CyA is their main producer followed by Yonghoon (main vocal/leader) and Kanghyun (guitarist); but Dongmyeong (vocal/keyboard) and Harin (drummer) have been working on songs too that hopefully we'll see soon (Dongmyeong has 3 apparently) Sorry this comment got unintentionally long because they've done a lot 😅 ...but in case you want to know some of the things they've worked on I've included some of them below: *For title tracks/singles:* A Book in Memory and their re-debut Reminisce About All are Yonghoon's Regulus and Parting are Kanghyun's Q (feat. Hwasa) is CyA's originally from his Soundcloud latecya (it was called Don't Play With Me and he made it with a friend of his then changed to fit Hwasa and the band). He also worked on End of Spring too and helped with all the others except Reminisce About All. CyA also produced and feat. on their brother group Oneus' Crazy & Crazy from their debut album (which he later remade into Onewe's Crazy Good) and worked on Dizzy from their latest album too. The also make their covers themselves too and Kanghyun rearranged their Hip cover in just 2 hours *Some of the things they've worked on that came out in the last month or so:* -> CyA producing the first song on The Boyz' Soundcloud for his close highschool friend Sunwoo. -> Helping rearrange Valkyrie into a rock version for Oneus' concert (Kanghyun even made up a guitar solo on the spot for that) -> Helped Solar's arrange a B-side medley for her channel Solarsido. -> Dolphin cover made by CyA. -> CyA's other two new Soundcloud songs (one feat. Leedo from Oneus) All on top of two concerts (they alter their songs for those too), guest appearing at Oneus' concert and releasing the current album (Yonghoon even missed Kanghyun's birthday vlive working on the finishing touches for mixing for the title track with the mixing engineer) *Extra facts:* -> They play multiple instruments, including Yonghoon, and they've swapped instruments on stage for fun and performed solo covers on different instruments. -> They also compose songs on the spot in concert too. For example, they made 11 impromptu songs based on fans suggestions in 3 nights at a recent concert Studio We Live #5 (Plz Ugly is a hilarious bop!). If you want to know more about their production process they have vlives where they explain how they made some of their songs/alternative versions of their songs (some have fansubs either on vlive or on youtube for earlier ones). In Kanghyun's "Making of Parting" subbed on vlive, he showed his demo version which they actually sold alongside Parting on their CD only Studio We Demo album. It also contained demos from a bunch of song on their previous album and is super interesting and pretty 😊 P.S.
