This is the seventh song from 随 (Manima), an album by RD-Sounds with the theme of a day's worth of activities in Gensokyo's Human Village. Almost every song on the album is labelled with a timeframe of when they took place during the day that the album represents. This song is labelled with "18:00 ~ 18:29", so it took place around 6:00-6:30 in the evening.
Here's some notes from the translator, Releska: Counting songs are used to remember the names of things like numbers or streets and houses. In this song, each verse after the first one refers to a fictional place named after the Children of Miare, from the second child to the eighth. Also, most of this song is written in hiragana, while only a few verses (the one in the middle and the last three) are written with hiragana and kanji. Releska thinks the former are sung by village children, and the latter are sung by Akyuu herself.
Given that all of these places are fictional, whatever the associated scenarios mean are up to the listener's discretion.

    歌え童
    歌えるうち
    ここの童の読み方は「ワラワ」なのでローマ字は「warabe」ではなく「warawa」です。
