Hell yeah, that would be incredible. I’d pre order the most expensive copy just to show my support. That was one of my favourite games growing up. So sad to see it disappear. GTA out performed driver in the end, but id love you see an agreement made with rockstar and beamNG for the rights to produce a modern *Driver* game with simulation handling, realistic crash and damage modelling in the game. Those are quite the sizeable demands, I’m aware lol. That game was always focused on pure driving. I think that’s why a lot of people, myself included, really enjoyed the original title.

Second, yeah, they need to then remaster them and bring them up to date...And third, take what they learned from the third's problematic history and rework it entirely. I still think the idea for three was interesting...Unfortunately, it was still clunky (especially for so many others) and far too depressing in my opinion (I found the plot and soundtrack were intriguing but overall, too "gritty").
We need GTA set in the 70s already.....we had enough with contemporarys stuff. If not this then something like Driver Parrarell Lines with half of the game in 70s and second part in modern times.

Yeah, you're right I think the entire Driver franchise had Director Mode, not so complexes as Rockstar GTA V Editor, but still had good editors. And mostly the 2 first ones Driver, imagine that system for those times! Driver was a really advanced game for his time, I think. Thanks for the comment Bro :)
Dude I love driver and just the other day I was driving a classic muscle car in gta and it randomly triggered this Intro in my head. And seeing this took me by surprise because I didn’t think someone remade this. I love it ❤️🤍

This was one of my favorite games for the PS1 and that video was one of the most realistic CGI intros I ever seen...I used to watch it so many times before playing the actual game.
The Dodge Monaco somehow made it feel similar to the Garage Chase from The Terminator, where the T800 was Chasing Kyle and Sarah with a Dodge Monaco, pretty much instead of Kyle, it's Tanner

Driver San Francisco did not have the same feel to it that the original Driver had. The car handling was very stiff and heavy in that game.
