Pickleball medicine opened one up and said there were some “slight” concerns with core crushing, similarly to the Mod-TA’s, although it didn’t seem to be as bad as what they saw with the Joola. They also mentioned that they spoke to the owner of Rev and were reassured that they’re working on fixing the core crushing issue, so hopefully that’s true!
@@ATeaDough I haven't heard any reports like that, but I am now just learning about the paddle. It packs a punch, a good punch...not a Mod like punch IMO, but a good one nonetheless!
@ PBMed did a dissection of the paddle on their 3rd episode! I’m glad to hear those initial thoughts on the paddle. I was using a Spartus Ballista V2 on off for a little over a year (usually switch to tennis full time from March-September) and lost confidence in hitting forehand drives. Switched back to a (pre-logo change) Vatic Flash 14mm and my forehands instantly started clicking again, so curious how a newer, gen3 paddle will compare!
Hey Matt - love your work - quick question - long time Pulse V user, I play it stock, which is great, but wanting a touch more reach - what does the Pulse S do better than the V? Any reason to try the S or should I just stay put with my V - I’m thinking I would likely put 3g of Tungsten at both 4 and 8 to open up the S sweet spot - what do you think? thanks!
@@RTJ-PB TBH I don’t see a reason to get an S because it’s not like they play that different unless you feel like you need a little extra reach. Or, unless your V feels lonely and misses his brother. 😂 While I got my Pulse S to open up, I never got it to the place where I got the V. It still plays very, very nice, and the sweet spot is a bit higher up on the face, but I’d try something upcoming and new.
want more info on the Saga Bloom please
Contact me via my website www.mattspickleball.com. I'm going to play it tonight!
Or wait a bit and I'll post some quick takes on Instagram or Shorts. :)
Will be curious about your thoughts on the Zeus! I ordered one yesterday and eagerly waiting for it to come in.

I love your video.😘
Thank you! 😊
Flick Weights are great! Very easy compared to the Slyce (which is a great product). I've been using them for a couple weeks with no issues.
I spoke with the owner too, he’s pretty cool!
