The part that interests me the most was cut short, just to make sure I understood correctly, we only need to upgrade the pieces to level 5?

No. You need to upgrade 100 Levels. So for example you upgrade 20 clothing pieces for 5 levels...or 10 pieces to level 10. Like I wrote in the video :)
