The first impression of Nhai for most people could be that he is childish and kinda immature and gets too confused about his feelings but as the series progresses it's easy to tell that Nhai is actually mature, has a good guessing sense too and tells what comes to his mind without being shy a no filter typa guy
Ai wants to take care of someone (there are different categories of what people do for their loved ones... words, service, etc. Ai is service and more) and Nhai needs the care and attention. Sometimes he seems "want want want" but being no filter, his wants/needs just are spoken out loud. I think the relationship will continue to deepen and gain even more understanding as the series progresses. Like marriage... the longer you have been together when you love each other, the more you truly become 2 parts of a whole and can even finish each other sentences or know exactly what they are thinking.
you know what I like about Nhai is that he is OK being Nhai and he does not care .. he is who he is and says what he thinks and feels

I love that they have good communication in their relationship, its nice to see couples agreeing on coming out , also its so great to hear nhai saying that he doesn't care about the past , nahi seems stupid but is actually kinda smart, another thing I love is how their friends weren't disgusted but were rather worried about nhai as they know that he's emotionally sensitive

Actually, the English subtitles are not very good at all. They contain numerous errors of grammar and vocabulary. They are also not an accurate translation even when understandable. If you configure the subtitles so that English subtitles are generated by automatic translation of, say, the French subtitles, then you'll see what the characters are actually saying and be able to pick up nuances that you have so far missed.
