He's improving, but seems to rush a bit and races round the table, doesn't show enough composure, and although he's corrected it to some degree, he has is back arm raised too much, look at kierin Wilson or Mark Williams, cue is more level /parallel to the table , needs to drop his head an inch lower, if he drops the cue just an inch lower there's much less chance of putting on unwanted side

Kyren immediately proved to be worthy world champion by winning big ranking event this season, Xian Gran Prix, defeating in-form Trump 10-8. Maybe not the most attractive player, but worthy world champion and definitely world class.
