That is not how u clean it I can show you a better and cleaner way wipe off good spray alcohol on the filter then boil a pot of water and pour it in then press the cold water button and let drain . That's how u clean it

I can tell from the start, you don’t know what you’re doing. Take the plate out that you are attempting to clean. The bottom of it and the bottom of the reservoir are cruddy too…🙄
