I love the fact they just swapped the red on the black toes to green and called it a day.

It's the rarest of the OG colorways tbh, the only 1:1 color swaps that I can think of are these and the Fragments. All the other "almost" black toe colorblocking have minor changes (like the Mocha Heel collar for example, or the obsidians mud guard/eyestays, etc)
@@zacharymutter8432 Absolutely! People call color swaps stemming from the classic colorblockings like black toe/bred/chicago laziness and milking but it's when the history, context end execution is on point plus not done too often - these release actually give great value to the sneaker world
But literally relates the impact the Celtics had on Jordan’s early years, Larry birds friendship an mentorship to him, it’s more than just a simple lazy color swap, these are one of the few that look dope and still have a good theme behind it that has some connection to Jordan’s early career they were in a dmp pack originally for a reason lol

These are so nice and yea I also kinda hate the Celtics I see this sneakers more of the moment MJ scored 63 on them so yeah in theory is a pair that goes kinda against the Celtics in a way lol. In all honesty though their just clean period.
