  • Kindly OPEN for list of ingredients. :) PALABOK. Thank you.
    12 oz Palabok Noodles (There are four in every pack, I only used 3.)
    1 lb of Shrimp
    1/2 tsp Whole Peppercorn
    1 1/2 tsp Salt
    2 thumb-sized Ginger
    3 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 tsp Annatto Powder
    3 cloves Garlic
    1 medium-sized Red Onion
    5 Egg Yolk
    1 tbsp Calamansi juice
    1 tsp White Sugar
    1 tbsp Fish Sauce
    1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    3 1/2 C Water
    1 tbsp Cornstarch
    For toppings; Shrimp, sliced boiled eggs, spring onion, lemon slices. You can also use pork, chicken and chiharon (pork rinds)
    **NOTE**
    COOKING is all about your taste. Adjust accordingly.

    Yan ang type kong palabok medyo dry saka walang tinik ng tinapa dkpa na try magluto nyan pansit bihon saka sphag lang naluto ko..matry nga yan

    Isa sa mga paboritong kong pagkain o merienda. Basta ibat ibang mga masasarap na sahog sa ibabaw at mas lalo na kung sariwa ito ang luto

    I like the absorption technique. Presentation is sacrificed, but for a worthy, logical cause. Loved the crushed yolks inside. I did cringe a little when you didn't use a corn starch slurry, but hey, it still looks like it would taste good.

    This is similar to Seafood City Seattle, Washington pansit palabok. The only thing missing is the grilled pork. Simple but delicious.

      Hi, hindi mo pa kasi na try. Hindi agad tayo mag husga na, "parang walang lasa." At kung gusto mo mag add ng baguio pechay, puwede mo naman gawin. Thank you.

      Catherine Maldo sis, it doesn't mean n pag kulang sa sangkap e di n po masarap..kung minsan kahit kumpleto sa sangkap me lumalabas pa rin n di masarap..i guess nasa tamang timpla pa rin ang ikinasasarap ng bawat lutuin..😘😘

      sa ganda ba naman ng boses nya kahit sa tingin ng iba ay hindi ito mukhang masarap ang, Sumasarap pa rin ito. pero wala sa itsura yan. nakatikim na ako ng ganitong hndi ma saucy pero npk linamnam!!🥰
