Hello. First, you have a nice voice and cute accent. I had a problem with my Revvl 6 pro 5g and concerned to factory reset. Nonetheless, I proceeded as you explained. But when I got the "command" screen the upper volume and power button wouldn't take me to the developer or factory mode. So I continued to press volume up and power button a few times to the point where i had to restart the phone and do the same push buttons again. Then I got to reset everything and use my backup from my sd card and primary email. Thank you for your eloquent video!

were you able to fix it? My sister also has a revvl 6 pro 5g and the phone wouldn't turn on and said to connect the charger but it would charge when we connected it with 4 different chargers. When we would get the command screen, the volume down button doesn't work and won't allow us to select ok. If you were able to solve it, please let us know. thank you

Excuse the delayed feedback but be comforted how your video helped me. I reset the phone, lost some info in the process but this was my risk to follow what you said. But its ok because its a good phone with the settings don't fluctuate to do whatever it wants. Some things were in synced as I had set it. So happy for this much! Thanks! ☺@@r4zb3rryz

Yes. He was very helpful. But, I got lost on the no command screen. Whereas I pushed the power + up volume two times it didn't work. Did about 7 or ten times and then it took me to select options from recovery mode and the others. I lost some data. But that's ok. Had my revvl 6 well revved up with my microsoft and google account so some data were saved! Thanks so much for your insightful video!☺@@r4zb3rryz

I have the same model phone but it isn't pro. The new update prevents pin removal. My phone is bricked and I cannot remember my pin number. I probably have 9999 tries to guess it.

You have to hold them together until it acts like it’s powering on and then you’ll be on the recovery, fastboot, and normal boot, and then you can go from there
